Neither. You should give him a Limited Power of Attorney, with what specifically you want him to be able to handle and for how long. You can get a good one written up for free in the Army.

From your rough details I'd expect this to be FRIGHTENINGLY expensive. Our 3.6kW solar panels deliver on average 10kWh. The average demand is 10kWh (we use gas for heating cooking etc) so on this basis your batteries would need to store about 10kWh. a car battery of 12V 100Ah can supply 12 * 100 * 0.7 (max efficiency) 840Wh so you would need 12 to store 10kWh. Cost per battery ?100

Q:I work at citizens bank and I hate it. I used to be so nice to the customers and now I just think every customer is just plain dumb. So many people overdraw their accounts and whine about it to me. I understand some people need thier money back of course so im happy to give it to back. Secret is you can get three overdraft fees back per year. That is secret number one of course. But the dumb questions I get. What is pending mean. Or am I going to get a fee if i overdraw my account well yes dumb ***. How come that that check I deposited into my account isnt availible. Well two BUISNESS DAYS for a check that is off us, and one BUSINESS day on us. No Saturday isnt a business day NO sunday isnt a business day. ATM DEPOSITS take a llittle while longer. You deposit in the atm during saturday and then come cry to me about a check that is hold thinking i have the power to just hit a button and make it availiable.

There are several things you can do. You can set up a power of attorney, so someone can do your banking for you. You can open a joint account with a trusted person, so they can access the account for you. Some banks even have other ways of dealing with such a situation. Talk to a representative at the bank where you deal, and they can give you specifics regarding their particular bank.

cold air intake, egr cooler delete kit, 4-5 inch exhaust. banks makes one hell of an exhaust, intercooler upgrade, and air intake system. bolted up to your tuner you could get some ridiculous horsepower and torque

Go to the bank and ask them what will be required. Then go get whatever you need. If it is his Social Security check, you may need to visit a Social Security office and ask them to do direct deposit. It will also depend on whether he is of sound mind and how he has been managing up to now [affidavit from his doctor or the nursing home?]. I doubt he would have to be present, but if so, you may need to travel to his state and open the account in a bank near where he lives. The bank will tell you what to do.

Q:I have been considering the Power Pak from Banks Engineering (with Compression brake), for my 99 Cummins 24 valve. With automatic tranny.Does any one out there have any personal experience with this modification, and will it void the remaining engine waranty on my Deisel engine?

its a good system to have but it will affect the warranty on it,any modifications to it will affect it,you can call a dealer though and ask them to be sure,but i looked over the warranty for these,and from what i can tell it says any modifications can void the warranty so id call a dealer to be sure on it,,good luck.,,PS i haven't done any modifications to the older one and very few to the newer one,most people want to keep the warranty in affect as long as possible.
