DC-TP-RPM1092/1575/2200/2500/2800I Toilet Paper Rewinding and Perforating Machine is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requests. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equal tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption. The production speed is 0—100m/min. This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory. This equipment can process raw paper of 1.2m (1092I type) and 1.75m (1575I type) in width and longer type like 2.15m (2200I type), 2.45m (2500I type), 2.75m (2800I type) need to be ordered.
This machine consists of raw material stands, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity control and cutting system. The production process is : unwinding —→ embossing —→perforating—→cutting.
