Q:Good tuning for metal songs?
Speed okorder.com
Q:Metal music?
metal disc is a good place were I get my metal and I am sure you can find viking bands there too
Q:Why is metal always cold?
A Metal category would be a bad idea. People will flood it with crap about slipknot, disturbed and other pop rock crap. But they are tons of Metal forums online. I'd rec Metal archives.
Q:why is heavy metal so atrocious?
You must have a real misguided view of metal. not all metal bands are screaming and growling, I'm sorry. almost all metal bands have clearly understandable vocals. the subgenres of Death metal, nu metal, black metal, metalcore and all related subgenres are the only ones with remotely undecipherable vocals.
Q:Metal Gear Solid - Should I play the first two Metal Gear games first?
3 Examples of metals which are used to coat other metals would be Gold, Chromium, and Zinc. Gold is used to coat other metals for a couple of reasons, 1) Gold is a ‘pretty’ metal which people will pay money to have things made of. But Gold is also an expensive metal (several hundred dollars per ounce), so one can get the same visual effect of having a gold ___ if it is just gold-plated and not solid gold, thus making it cheaper. 2) Gold is a chemically inert metal; it will not react with many things, and also has a very high electrical conductivity, so coating some other metal with gold will improve its chemical resistance to corrosion and lower its electrical resistance. Chromium metal is used to coat other metals for similar reasons, --Chromium is less reactive than many other metals so one can “Chrome-plate” a more reactive metal with Chromium and help protect the metal from corrosion. For example, many car’s have ‘chrome-plated’ bumpers. is --Also, Chromium is a visually appealing metal so having a nice shinny Chrome-plate bumper is considered more desirable than a rusty old Iron bumper. Zinc metal is used for a much different reason, --Zinc is more chemically react than most other metals and is not a particular pretty metal either. Zinc is often used as a sacrificial metal to help protect other metals. For example, many things like nails, screws, washers, …., are Zinc-plated to help protect those [Iron] parts from rusting. The Zinc will oxidize before the Iron, thus protecting the Iron at the expense of the Zinc.
Q:Good Japanese metal songs?
It has mostly nonmetal properties, but is placed on the metal side of the periodic table because of its metal-like tendency to lose rather than gain electrons during chemical bonding.
Q:Black Metal?
The question is fundamentally flawed because the assumption is incorrect. Metal gets PLENTY of respect. You cannot make this determination based on a Websters Dictionary. Does metal have its share of critics? Sure, but no more than any other genre of music. The purpose of the dictionary is to give definitions of words. It never was meant to be a barometer for respect.
Q:Metal Oxide, Acidic or Alkali?
Metals are weak on holding their electrons so in reactions they tend to lose them to non metals and form ionic compounds in which they are positively charged and the non metal negatively charged. There is the reactivity series of metals and any metal higher than another will displace it from its compounds, reactivity decreases from top to bottom.
Q:What is the strongest metal?
-points at Hot Topic and runs- D: I'm a guy, I swears it!
