You forget that another popular style among MMA practitioners is Muay Thai which has been around just as long as kung fu. It is also known to be one of the most powerful styles used today. In Batmans world, the villians are usally always on the lose, so they were probally playing that out, like batman would go against him again, but they typically don't do that in movies. BUt, to yor question, I wold highly recommend you go to your town's Operator engineers Union Hall and inquire as to the qualifications and requirements to enroll in their apprenticeship program. Yes you will have to go thru the apprenticeship program. A tower crane operator is a coveted job among operators... You have to learn to hold your 'P for long periods as well as have great depth perception You coming out of the service, you should be given some preference Good luck
