Products Description of Swing Check Valve

Check valves are used in pipes under pressures between PN1.6~16.0MPa(Class150~2500Lb), working temperatures-196~600, They are used in industries include oil, chemistry, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power gene-ration to prevent the backward flux of the media.

The main structure features of Swing Check Valve:

1The products feature a reasonable structure, reliable seal, good performance and nice modeling.
2
Either soft or hard seal can be selected for the product upon different working conditions. The sealing face is built up with Co-based
carbide alloy, leaving a better wearability, corrosion and scrap resistance and a longer duration.
3
Small opening pressure, the disc can be opened fully with a very small pressure differential.
4
Inside-set bolt-bearing structure reduces leakage and reliable use.
5
PN≥16.0Mpa (class1500), the middle cavity uses a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along
with the pressure rise so as to ensure the sealing performance.
6
Different parts materials and different sizes for flange, butt-welding are available for sensible combination according to different working facts and customers' requirements.

Q:Friends,is there anyone know about LinX(Linear Exchage)Valve, how they work.thanks in advance
A major improvement in the DWEER system has been the development of the LinX (LinearExchanger) valve, which was patented byShumway . This valve replaced eight two-way valves with asingle multi-port spool valve which simplifiedthe system, improved reliability, reducedmaintenance requirements and allowed for fastervalve switching, reducing the size (and thus cost)of the energy recovery vessels. DWEER systemsutilize long vessels which may be installed underthe membrane vessels. Atpresent, the largest available DWEER system has a capacity of 500 m?/h. Q:I have mitral valve prolapse and I don't get why only some people get chest pains? and what causes people to get chest pains with M.V.P (mitral valve prolapse), like me. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
With MVP, your mitral valve is smaller due to extra tissue. This makes it a little bit harder for blood pumping through the valve to get through, which can often times cause an aching pain. As far as I've seen, this is not life-threatening and the pain can be treated with over-the-counter painkillers. Imagine you kink your garden hose while it is running. The water can't get through the hose and the pressure builds up. When you unkink the hose, the water flows freely. Your mitral valve has a permanent partial kink or blockage. The blood behind that partial kink can get blocked up and cause pressure in your chest. Be sure to get regular check-ups with your doctor, just to be sure your MVP is stable. Your doctor will also be able to suggest some pain remedies.
Q:I am a 55-year-old female going in for mitral valve replacement surgery, and I need to decide on which valve to get: bovine or mechanical. If you have any experiences or know anyone who's had either of these types of valves placed in their bodies, please elaborate on the experience. I want to know the pros and cons of each.Thank you.
I had open heart surgery, repairs to my mitrial and tricuspid valves. On the mitrial valve, an Edwards Lifescience ring was placed to tighten valve and the tricuspid was just tightened. That was five yrs ago. Have more energy and feeling better, still. My surgeon did mention placing a porcine valve but once they got inside my heart, the DRs. choose the lifescience ring. I do take an anticoagulant but for other reasons for over 8 yrs now.
Q:I've found a little beemer that's only $800. I would like to have it as a 2nd car that I'll use in case something's wrong with my main car to loan maybe once or twice weekly to my neices (16 yr. old twins). The seller says it needs a valve job. My question is, will the valve job cost me more than the car?
You bet it will! A valve job may uncover valve guides that are out of specification. In which case the old guide hole will have to be drilled out and the guide hole honed, new bronze / nickel or hardened steel guides pressed back in. An ordinary valve job is relatively straight forward and easy but the labor involved with the tear down a new head and valve cover gasket without valve guide repair will run nearly $1,000 at a BMW dealership and 20 -30% less at a private mechanics shop. Most private mechanics AND dealerships do not do the actual valve job. The cylinder head with the valves are sent out to an automotive engine machine shop where the actual work is done. The dealer or private mechanic does the disassembly and reassembly of the head back on the block and gets the car running again.
Q:Hi. I am planning to install new kitchen faucet and noticed that there are two shut off valves under the sink. One of them is badly rusted and needs to be replaced. I noticed that it is connected to three pipes (one of which is kitchen faucet). The other is clearly water coming in. What is the third one connected to wall? Also how should I go about replacing this? Anything that I should be careful of? Thank you. Here's picture of shutoff valve.
Ditto on the picture. It sounds like a valve that supplies water to both the faucet and another appliance. If the line not going to the faucet is copper and measures 3/8 across (OD or outside diameter), likely a dishwasher. If it's 1/4 OD, likely a refrigerator ice maker. More important is what kind of pipe you have coming into the cabinet to the valve. An older house may have galvanized steel, typically nominal 1/2, which measures about 3/4 OD. Newer homes are more likely to have copper, typically nominal 1/2, which measures 5/8 OD. Hopefully, either will come into the cabinet for several inches before meeting the valve. Shut off the water downstairs, then disconnect the two smaller supply lines at the valve. For steel pipe, the valve is threaded onto it. Use two wrenches, one pipe wrench on the pipe itself, tensioned clockwise, then another to unthread the valve counterclockwise. For copper pipe, the valve is typically soldered on or has a compression connector with a fairly wide nut holding onto the pipe. Cleanest removal, with enough copper in the cabinet, is to use a mini tubing cutter and cut the copper right under/behind the valve, freeing the valve. Take the valve to the store and buy a match, preferably a quarter-turn ball valve. One glitch is the possibility that it's an old flare valve - meaning that the two lines you unhooked have flare nuts. If they're copper, I'd plan to slide the flare nuts back a little, cut off the flares at the end of the tubes, and get a new valve with all compression fittings. If the old lines are then too short to make it to the new valve, they can be cut back further, then extended with new copper, or short flexible water supply lines with compression fittings on each end. I'm still leaving out more stuff, but that's enough.
Q:Hello, I have a 1990 BMW 525i.I would like to paint the valve cover where the BMW was written between a set of lines.I think I require a heat resitant paint for doing this. Can anyone advice the brand which will be best suited for this job.Is it advisable to chrome plate the valve cover.?with regards, natarajBahrain
portray won't count. in case you get rid of the area to paint it incredibly is valuable to apply new gaskets! careful with the intake air hoses. they are previous an could be brittle. Even a tiny air leak will reason your vehicle to run poorly.
Q:Hello, I went to my garage last friday because my exhaust emmisions light was on, on my Bora MK4 2003 52 plate 1.6 16V. They said its a faulty EGR valve which could be from being clogged up with sh*t. But they said it would be fine to drive, and that the rough idle wouldn't harm the car, and to unplug it if the rough idle became annoying. Its now sunday 3 days since the garage diagnosed it I drove about 250 miles over these days. With the exhaust emissions light coming on then sometimes going off. I think the EGR Valve keeps sticking closed and the engine is very hard to start. Is there anything I can do to help start the car? which is better having it plugged in or unplugged? how do you take the EGR Valve out and clean it what tools are needed is it complicated. any ideas on how I can help it start ? I've tried unplugging it, it makes no difference really.
The EGR valve or Exhaust gas Recirculation valve is placed on the exhaust gadget. those frequently get hung up with rust and different exhaust deposits. The motorcar might want to be less than production unit assure being in easy words 3 years old. i might want to examine with a broking service to work out if the motorcar and/or section continues to be less than assure. A defective EGR valve will reason the computing device to make the incorrect settings to the gas and air mix causing the engine to run too prosperous or too lean. Its no longer too unfavourable contained in the little while period, yet your gas mielage will struggle through, and also you are able to fail a state inspection so get it repaired previously then.
Q:In the very near future I'm having valve replacement surgery. I haven't yet been told the risks or the recovery period, does anyone know the risks or the recovery stages and how long recovery takes?
Valve replacements actually have very low morality rates like 1-2%. There are always risk's with surgery though, such as blood clots or irregular heart rate. The recovery in the hospital is generally 5-7 days, and then it can take anywhere from 8 weeks to a year to feel recovered.
Q:The water in my tub/shower stopped working. I did my research on the net to discover the cause and I also went to Home Depot explained the problem. The worker at home depot helped me get the right part I needed to replace the valve stem. I came home, took the faucet handle off and can see what I need to do next. Everything seems perfect and ready to go, except I can't remove the old valve stem. It seems like the old one should just slide out and the new one replaces it. How do I get the old one out without damaging any of the pipes or hurting myself.
Do you have a valve for the hot and one for the cold, or does one valve control both? If there are two valves they should just unscrew. You might need to go back to Home Depot and get a wrench designed for valve stem removal. (Before you go, spray it with penetrating oil such as WD-40 and let it do it's thing while you're gone. If it's just one valve for both, there's probably a collar that screws on and holds the cartridge in place. After that is off, the cartridge should slide out-ususally with a little 'persuasion' from some pliers. (But don't try to twist it) Hope you get it.
Q:The hot water in my bathroom is leaking from the faucet. I've shut off the valve below the sink, but it continues to dribble out. Also, there appears to be some rust build-up. Could that account for a failing valve?
In some homes where the sink is mounted to the wall, as in your case, there may be shut off valves in the basement directly under the bathroom. If there are none there then you will most likely need to shut off the main water the open the bath room sink faucets to drain off excess water. Good luck.
