<1>Electrical motor:

High-performance water-resisting squirrel-cage-type motor, Class H stator winding (≤180°C) and longer service life. IP68 protecting class, inserting heat sensor for each phase of stator winding. Direct starting for 3 kW or 3 kW below, ?starting, reduced voltage starting or soft starting for 4kW or 4 kW above.      
Electrical motor also applies to other voltage and frequency.

<2>Shaft bearing :
Service free upper/lower shaft bearing is designed as 50000 hours service life, and assembly of temperature probe according to requirement is allowable.

<3>Cooling system:
Cooling system is divided into open-type circulation and cooling system and close-type circulation and cooling system, which ensures normal operation of motor below/above level surface.
Open-type circulation and cooling system: Pumps parts of liquid and circulates it from back side of impeller to clearance between tube cooler and casing to remove heat generated by motor, provided with excellent flow property and performance avoiding blockage  Close-type circulation and cooling system: Eliminate heat with build-in rotating wheel, which is provided with performance of blockage-less and service-less.

<4>Sealing:
Separate motor and pump with two layers of mechanical seal, which provides motor with diplex protection.Mechanical seal material at side of pump adopts tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide and it at side of motor adopts graphitetungsten carbide. Special device and spiral seal groove at backside of impeller provide the unit with long-period and Effective protection without enwinding.

<5>Shaft :
The unit adopts coaxial and shorter-overhang design, which depresses interference of shaft, reduces vibration, depresses noise and prolongs service life of mechanical seal and shaft bearing.

<6>Impeller:
Adopts CFD optimizing design, which transports liquid in perfect flow, speed and maximal efficiency without blockage. User could select impeller model as eddy flow, single channel, duel channel, or multi-impeller according to difference of
pumped medium.

<7>Cable seal:
Separated sealing connection box. Adopt waterproofing and sealing cable,  and  provide  inlet wire with  anti-tension  and anti-wind protection.

<8>Monitoring system:
Equip each phase of motor with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.
Optionally equip upper/lower shaft bearing (s) with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.Sealing monitoring device is used for monitoring if water immerges into oil chamber from shaft seal. In addition, there is set with individual sensor in motor chamber and connection chamber of motor of 30kW above, which should perform early warning if leakage occurred.

Q:How do i start up a water pump at my camp?
There's a few different kinds of water pumps. If you're referring to a hand-pumped well water pump that doesn't work, then it's generally lost it's prime. Some well pumps are constructed so you pour a quart or so of water into the pump and stroke the handle up and down until the water rises in the well. Other kinds of well pumps you have to take the hand pump off and pour a bucket of water into the well hole. It just depends on what kind of water pump you have.

Absolutely not, because 220V is not the same as the 380V waveform. Submersible pump single-phase motor is generally single-phase capacitor motor. The working principle is different from that of the single-phase 380 motor. If the power capacity is enough, it is recommended that you increase the wire (you can buy a line and go to use, to avoid waste), preferably with copper wire.
Q:Has any one done this job (water pump) on lexus 2002 RX300?
Yes, I have done at least 100 of these water pumps. You are correct, remove the timing belt, cam gears and rear cover is the easiest route. I have done them without removing the rear metal shield all the way, and only removing the front cam gear as well. You can remove the front cam gear, and all 6 bolts to the rear shield and shift the cover enough to get the pump out from behind the cover. You shouldn't need to remove the water pump studs, but if you do get a set of stud removers. I bought a set from snap on for around $50 or so years ago. Sears also sells a set. You don't need a cam locking tool. You can make one out of a bar with two bolts through it to stop cam from rotating while you loosen the 17mm nut on the cam gear. I usually just use an impact gun on the bolt, and no tool is needed to hold it. Remember, the 1MZ-FE engine is an interference engine, and the timing belt must be aligned perfectly or the pistons WILL hit valves and engine will self destruct. Q:Physics behind this PVC Water Pump?
It isn't practical to give a detailed description here. This is a positive displacement pump. The pump chamber is sealed so that as the piston is moved up the volume within the chamber increases. Water is pushed into this chamber by the outside air pressure. If the pump is located too far above the water source then the air pressure is not sufficient and you will produce a vacuum inside but the water still will not flow. When the pump is pushed down the water flows out. Now the one way valves are critical. We don't want the water to flow back the way it came and we don't want the water that we have already pumped to flow back into the pump. So a one way valve on the inlet will permit water to flow into the pump but not out of it. And a one way valve on the outlet will permit water to flow OUT of the pump but not into it. So with each stroke you a) reduce the pressure in the pump. b) water is forced from the inlet, past its one way valve and then into the pump. c) the pump is pushed down increasing the pressure in the pump. d) water flows out of the pump through the other one way valve and on to the output.
Q:Help with damaged water pump causing car to overheat?
Yes. I would recommend taking a jug of water with you. Keep an eye on your temp and if it gets too hot pull over wait a while then add more water. Turning the heater on will help pull the heat away from the engine which will help keep the engine cool. I just had the same issue with my 95 Civic and the shop was about 25 minutes from my house.

If you take it to anyone for timing belt change they will ask you if you want to change water pump because its convenient to change it out at that time. But if you dont have any knowledge how to work with the timing dont mess with it take it to someone who is knows what there doing because paying couple hundred dollars is better then paying thousands for engine rebuild or new engine.

You need to be aware if you slow do a pump it will pump less and produce less pressure. Running slower it might not be able to overcome the resistance in the discharge piping.
