FAQ:

1.Q: What about leadtime ?

A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm  the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days,  the best leadtime we can give is 60days.

2.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?

A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.

3.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?

A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 79" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup,etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.  Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDMLS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important materials likestainless steel parts we make in Austria. We also recut after heat treatment, which most of makers do not take this process.

Q:Using aluminum to cast aluminum?
This may be a little more difficult but offers better detail than sand casting. Lost wax casting Investment or ceramic shell You can make molds to form the wax but investment or ceramic shell are destroyed in the process
Q:deoderants without aluminum?
Green People's deodorant doesn't have aluminium or parabens; many people avoid these to be on the safe side. Please be aware though that 'deodorants/anti-perspirants cause breast cancer' is an urban myth. There is no evidence that this is the case and the email that did the rounds a while ago was a hoax.
Q:Durafix for aluminum welding / brazing?
You can order it online. It works acceptably well, though it's obviously not as good as bona fide welding. You can also use tin+zinc hard solder, for this- you need a special soldering flux specifically desgined for soldering aluminum. You can order aluminum soldering kits online also. You might also be able to find a welding supply store in your area and they would probably carry Al soldering kits in stock. I feel that soldering would probably give you more reliable results in this case. Solder is a lot thinner and has better wetting action than the durafix alloy. This means that solder will be more likely to flow into the crack itself and completely seal it, whereas the durafix may simply lie on top of the crack. I think durafix technically qualifies as brazing since it melts at a lower temperature than the aluminum itself. However, you will also need to buy a propane torch, that'll probably cost around 30-40$ at a hardware store. Plus the cost of the brazing metal which is around 12-20$. so you're looking at 30-50$ probably. This might be a bit of a fun- DIY project if you feel it's worth some time and practice on your part. On the other hand any welding shop can simply TIG weld your pipe for about 20$ and it will only take them a few minutes. So having the professionals do it will be much faster, cheaper, and almost certainly a better quality repair than if you attempted to DIY.
Q:As for graphite and aluminum sheet, which one has a better thermal conductivity?
aluminum sheet
Q:What can I do to remove the paint from the painted aluminum sheet?
The aluminum need scraping, the car is not easy to enamel paint. Is the aluminum plate with a thickness of more than 0.2mm to 500mm, 200mm width, length less than 16m aluminum material called aluminum plate or aluminum sheet, aluminum is below 0.2mm, 200mm within the width of the row material or bar (of course, with the progress of the large equipment, the width can be 600mm row material also more).
Q:Why did the copper rust disappear when emersed in aluminum chloride?
it particularly is authentic that many deodorants, quite those categorized anti-perspirants, incorporate aluminum chloride as an lively ingredient. Aluminum chloride does decrease sweat production via the sweat glands that are placed interior the floor and are quite ample under the hands. For some people who're heavy sweaters this drying consequence is amazingly significant. despite the fact that those deodorants decrease sweat production they do no longer block the sweat glands. we are no longer attentive to any at as quickly as risky outcomes on maximum persons from making use of a deodorant containing aluminum chloride. In our very close society at present, physique hygiene and prevention of physique smell are significant. in case you do no longer use a deodorant you are able to discover your persons the two complaining or keeping off you. while you're worried with reference to the drying consequence seem for a deodorant that would not incorporate aluminum chloride.
Q:Can aluminum be either conductive or magnitized?
Aluminum is conductive. In fact at one point in time it was used as an alternative to copper wiring for home electrical wiring. (There were problems, so it is no longer used).
Q:welding aluminum without gas.?
welding reaches high enough heats that the oxygen and hydrogen, and nitrogen that naturally occure in our atmosphere will combine and or otherwise interfere with the re-solidification of the molten metal. This will completely destroy the new molecular structure and there will be no strength in the new metal. All welding uses some form of preventing the atmospheres oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen from effecting the alloy structure. Other elements can also be combined in the chemical reaction if your environment or your project are not clean. All metals oxidize on their surface. That means combine with oxygen. It is the process we call rust when refering to iron which in the case of iron never stops rusting until it rusts away. for the most part all other metals oxidize on their surface and stop. this is what gives their great protection and helps in deciding their use,as with aluminum. You can create environments that will cause thsese other metals to continue to oxidize as with electrolosis, but that is getting more complex. SOO with aluminum it is a good idea to brush the oxidation layer off the surfaces to be welded so this oxidised aluminun does not become a source of contamination in the new weld metal. It is recomended to use a clean stainless steel bristle brush as an iron brush can contaminate. Brushing can generally last for many hours even days but you can see the dull color re appear as it oxidizes over time. Another comon source of oxygen and hydrogen is water. That is what the purpose of low hydrogen electrodes is, though these are not used in aluminum. The military builds the aluminum hulls for the bradley and other vehicles in San Jose partly because the relative humidity is best for mig welding aluminum there. so you can see the concepts can become conflicting. Always use argon with aluminum. Argon can be mixed with small percentages of helium too.
Q:Aluminum or Steel Frame for Touring?
I've been on an aluminum frame (Trek 1220) for about 16,000 miles and I find it somewhat unforgiving. I test drove, after buying my bike, a steel frame and I thought it was more comfortable. The thing about the aluminum frame is that it corners GREAT due to its rigidity. Find a bike shop that will let you take a tester for about a 1/2 hour and take the bike for a test drive on a somewhat irregular road. You're investing a lot so, you should test drive.
Q:Aluminum advantages and disadvantages....?
Disadvantages: * Far more expensive that steel. * Limited to certain geometric features using economical processes. * Abrasive to tooling (aluminum oxide is very abrasive). * Difficult to weld. * Prone to severe spring back. Advantages: Aluminum is the preferred choice for fencing due to several inherent advantages of aluminum. The main advantage is that aluminum components do not rust as easily as iron. Aluminum fences are given a powder-coat finish that protects the surfaces. This kind of a finish also enhances its appearance and provides a smooth surface for painting, if desired. All the components of the fence are drilled and powder-coated prior to assembly. Extreme care is taken during assembly by using sturdy fasteners, brackets, and rivets. Wherever these fasteners, etc., need to be visible, attractive stainless steel ones are used. This provides both looks and strength. As aluminum is an easy metal to work with, a plethora of style choices and adornment options are made available to clients. The flexibility of the metal allows for several designs that can complement the facade of the structure they are installed around.
