- There is some restoration of the main temple that is being funded by Japan. You can still see the main parts of the temple. - How much it hurts depends on your pain tolerance...it's different for everyone. I didn't find mine to be that unbearable. The top (second) hole hurt more than the first but aside from that it was just a bit sore while healing just like all cartilage piercings. If you get it done by a reputable piercer and take care of it properly it shouldn't get infected.

- Yeah I am big into tragic romances especially during that era. I also vote for burning at the stake. I mean just the concept of fire consuming them as passion did invokes such empathy and sadness. Also since it is not a quick execution think of what you can do to prolong the execution. They will be able to hear each others agony and they can say their i love yous as their dying words. Romantic, tragic, it would rock!
