Pre-sale Service

3)Acording to customers' requirments, sales department should send several samples to customer for further confirmation, sales department should inform customers to inspect the goods in the mill, or any others.

4) After confirm an order, production department must arrange the production schedule in time and execute the order fully according to the standard, the drawing or customer's sepcial requirements.

5)After finished the order, technology department should inspect the goods again and then packed according to customers need.

6)Logistics department must delivery the goods to sea port safe and in time.

Post-sale Service

After customer received the cargo, we promise if the quality of our goods are poor than the samples or customer's requirements and the case is true, YuanBo should compensate for the loss at once( return the cargo and arrange the new production, drawback the order payment, etc)
