Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. - rubber cement of course. but, you need to prepare your surfaces. wash with soapy water, rinse and dry completely. now rough up the area to be glued with sandpaper or a little grater(often included with the glue). you should probably stretch your rubber if it will be normally stretched.

- Q:Had to change my door knob at my new place because the other one had no key to it was trying to install it (long story short) when kids started fighting and breaking stuff in the yard. pulled them apart, brought youngest in house to separate them and door wound up getting closed.
