2. Characteristics
1) Aggregate distribution system: reliable sensors, accurate scales, flexible dosage model(including compensation for underweight and deduct for overweight), more practical belt conveyor and more options for selection.
2) Environment friendly and stabile screw conveyor: Patented screw conveyance technology, whole process is closed, eliminating any pollution or waste. Accuracy tolerance could be controlled within range ±1%.
3) Water weighing system with target flow meter: accurate dosage, high reaction speed, available remote control.
4) Domestically pioneermixer that is free of liner, capable to produce highly homogeneous mixture. The free of liner technology reduces blades wearing, blockage, blade strike and other faults. Moreover it requires no frequent replacement of liner.
5) H-channel beam steel that is implemented in the plant ensures integrity of the mixer and stability of its structure. It greatly reduces vibration of the plant, providing a better dosage environment for powder.
6) The finished product is conveyed by flat belt conveyor, which in comparison with trough one takes more land but could prevent any leakage of material, keeping worksite clean and meeting environment requirements. Moreover it’s more convenient to repair, has low fault rate and effectively avoid segregation that may take place when trough belt conveyors is applied.
