1.  Description of solar pumps.

CNBM Solar Water Pump is the pumping facility driven by solar energy, which consists of a solar pumping inverter and a pump. Solar water pumps kit is called  solar pumping system combining with solar arrays designed according to different head and daily water flow for application. System is widely utilized for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city landscaping, daily water supply, etc.

In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic products from city application to huge demands of agriculture, pasture, desert areas, CNBM Solar Pond Pump has become the leading products combining photovoltaic industry with traditional industry such as agriculture water conservancy, desert control, daily water supply, city landscaping, etc.

CNBM Solar Pump driven by infinite solar energy, works from sunrise, and stops at sunset, need no connection to grid power nor diesel oil and battery. System can irrigate directly or store water instead of electricity in a reservoir. Solartech Solar fountain Pumps works with sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and infiltrating irrigation facilities, can be more efficient for water saving and dramatically lower the cost of using fossil energy.

2. Technical Features

Solar Water Pump is a pumping device powered by solar energy, consists of a solar pumping inverter and a deep well pump, mainly used for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city waterscape, seawater desalination, living water supply and so on. And there are lots of excellent advantages with regard the Solar Water Pumps.

2> Head: Max. 290m

3> Power: 0.37Kw~55Kw

4. FAQ

1> May we ask if the bare pump or the whole pump system would be all acceptable for you to make the arrangements?

The bare pump and the who systems would be all acceptable at your side. A controller will be equipped with the pump freely. Regarding the whole system, we can also make the best solar panels configuration according to your requirements.

2> How would we choose the DC or AC Solar Pump?

DC pumps had a better performance in the smaller power, such as if the power is below 3Kw. DC would be better. If the power is more than 3Kw, then AC would be much better. By the way, DC also can't achieve the bigger specification.

3> Can your pump work automatically?

Yes, it would be the basic advantage of solar water pumps.

Q:water pump impeller replacement in 1979 35hp Johnson seahorse?
i am no expert on outboards. i did put an impeller on one with the same problem. no water output. seems there was a tube, that ran from the pump to the cylinder head. it was cracked, and the water couldnt reach the cylinder head. seems that the impeller shaft should always turn in the right direction, or it wouldnt cool in reverse, if you got this far , i am sure you will figure it out. you must be a pretty good mechanic to get that far,,
Q:how much is to replace a water pump?
Pep Boys Water Pump
Q:Is it really necessary to replace the water pump with the timing belt?
Thats why you havent had one fail. have to remove pump anyway.
Q:2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS: Water Pump?
Because it doesn't drip when it's just sitting shows you that it doesn't leak untill it's hot pressurized. So, drive it until the temp is 'normal', then stop but leave the engine running see if you can find the drip with the engine hot. Also, the water pump is not a 'normal' source for lost coolant - More likely a lose hose clamp....
Q:Work done in water pumping?
Power_W = (Mass_kg * Gravity_m/s/s * Height_m) / time_s Where: Mass kg is 1kg/l of 2000 liters Gravity is 9.81m/s/s Head is 60m + 10m (height). The suction head is ignored because the pump is submerged. In practice there is some suction head due to intake restrictions like pipes, check valves, strainers. The time is 20 minutes in seconds. The work is the energy used in the time allocated, which is: power * time in seconds, which is watt seconds = joules. Not needed here as it is in the formula above. Power is the rate of doing work. The depth below water is not really relevant except for pipe losses which increase the head slightly. The flow is 2000 liters/20 minutes = 100 l/min. This can be used with the head of 70m to determine the pipe restriction, which amounts to a pressure drop representing extra head added. It will indicate whether the pipe is too small (excessive head added) or whether the pipe is overkill (no head added). You can find on line calculators for this, e.g. search pipe resistance flow on line calculator. I am guessing a 2 inch pipe has little loss at this flow. This is the so called water power. It is the output power of the pump. The pump may only be 50% or so efficient, so the mechanical power delivered by the motor needs to be greater by this ratio. The electrical input power to the motor is greater again to allow for motor efficiency. This might be 60-90%. In practice the efficiency of pump and motor are determined from user manual or specification of the actual devices with the actual loads (head and flow).
Q:How often do I replace the filter in my backpacking water pump?
Could be months yet if you use good water. A filter is good for at least a thousand liters if you're careful with it. So long as the flow is good keep going. Mine is two years old, no problems. I put sterilizer through it every so often. Simple stuff, just buy Camden tablets or powder from a home wine making store or a pharmacist. Make up the solution, pump it through the filter and leave it for an hour then put tap water through it if you want. The Camden tablets are used to stop fermentation in wines and beers and to sterilize the bottles before filling. It isn't rinsed out. Just fill the bottles with the solution, empty them and fill them them with wine or beer. You drink breaks down to harmless sodium sulfate and releases sulfa dioxide which does the sterilizing. Otherwise you can use ordinary household bleach if it's pure bleach with no perfumes or other bits added. A few drops in a pint of water and put it through the unit just as though you are using it normally. Leave it for an hour then run tap water through it. You can use that pure bleach for sterilizing drinking water too but it's best for hot drinks, juice concentrates, and for cooking to mask the chlorine taste. Two drops per liter of water is enough, and leave it for an hour before using. I've used both methods for over forty years of wild camping on five continents, a long malaria field survey in Malaysia, in deserts and forests and on mountains. Never a problem. We used both methods in the Army too for 500 gallon water trucks with barium sulfate filters. Good for 10 000 gallons before changing the barium sulfate. I was the medic doing lab tests on it. Have a good hike.
Q:What is the maximum absorption hight for a water pump?
The width of the pipe and the force of the pump both play an important rule. Given you have two pipes of different widths and the same pump, the thin pipe will take up water to a higher height. Plants for example have xylem (tiny water conducting tubes) that allow even the highest leaves to be watered.
Q:Having problems removing water pump on 1996 3800 series ii motor someone please give me correct instructions ?
to get the water pump out you need to remove the water pump pulley first it has four 10 mm bolts (I have seem them with 8 mm bolt with a large shoulder on them too ) you can break the bolts loose one of 2 ways 1) put a long screwdriver between the two of the bolt to hold the pulley in place while u break one loose then spin the pulley around rinse and repeat once there all loose u can turn them out by hand and pull off the pulley some time u have to give the pully a little tap to come off you shouldn't need to take off the motor mount unless u plan on chaging the serpintine belt ? be sure once you get the pump off you clean the block side of the surface really good with a scraper make sure u get all the old gasket off the block side so it will seal right when u install the new pump I also recommend a tube of ultra black rtv sealant and only black I have used blue silicone before on many occasion and it has failed me I only use black rtv plus it makes it a lot easier if you have to replace the pump in the future as it come off a little easyier hope this helps a little good luck may the car gods be with you also I would recommend doing a back flush with warm or hot water and using the old school green antifreeze either full or 50/50 mix Dexcool orange has a very well know issue of eating gaskets and putting engine into a vapor lock very costly to fix
Q:1994 Toyota Corolla strange noise...Is it the water pump again?
You can do a prelimary check on the water pump. The water pump on this vehicle is not internally driven so the pulley is exposed outside the timing cover. Grab hold of the pulley and try to push it back and forth. There should not be any noticeable play. If there is, the pump is bad. Could it go out in three years? Sure it can especially if the pump previously installed was remanufactured and not brand new. If still in doubt, remove the water pump belt and start the engine. If the noise is still there, then the pump is not the problem. I live on a tropical island, so I can't help with the weather question, but I believe if you use the right type of antifreeze in the right mix ratio there should be no additional wear on the pump in cold weather. The thermostat should keep the engine at normal operating temperature regardless of the outside temperature (except for while it's warming up initially). Good luck!!
Q:Replace the water pump on a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird LE?
The best thing you could do is maybe run to a library and they might have a Chiltons or Haynes repair manual you can make some copies of, check it out and decide for yourself, but a timing belt is a pretty involved process, not so much for a water pump.
