Q:I love my cat, but she will not stop peeing on my den rug. Q:i put a very hot pot on a carpet: first off , WHY ?? , you need to have some of the same carpet , cut out the bad carpet ( you need to cut it out between the row's ) then do the same with the piece that you are going to put in ( make sure that it's the same size ) then silicone the edges on both pieces and let it dry , next put double face tape down on top of the pad ( if glued down skip this step ) then you need to use seam glue on all edges , next carefully put in the new piece and roll it with a tractor (carpet tool ) then set something heavy on top of it and let it dry over night and roll it with the tractor again.

If you want to clean your carpets you need a steam cleaner for carpets. If you leave water under the carpet on the pad it will get moldy and smell. Carpet cleaners suck up the excess water.
