High purity powder additives sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde
Naphthalene, a high range water reducer with no air entraining component, is also named as Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS, etc. It complies with chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017.
Series :SNF-A SNF-B SNF-C (the Na2So4 content of them are below 5% ,10% and below 20%)
The main ingredient
β-naphthyl sulfonate formaldehyde condensate
Solid content %
Water reducing rate
Na2So4 content %
0.5~1.0% of cementitious material
Increase to 15~40%
Save cement(Under the same conditions the strength)
For steel corrosion
Widely used in the projects
Roads, railway, bridges, tunnel, electric power, airports, dam and high buildings
1 Used for and widely for self - cured, vaporcured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown. As the result, the modulus and siteutilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cureis omitted in peak - heat summer days. Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal willbe preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.
2 Suitable for preparation of early-strength, high-strength, high-anti-filtration and selfsealing&
3 Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc.
4 Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, flyash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.
