Description

Rigid Mica Plate is mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation

at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90 % Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and

10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.Rigid Mica Plate has acquired UL94V-0 approval

with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe(the file No. Z05811263 ),

SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for

use in contact with food products (certificate from the FDA with the file No. RJSSZ060586FDA).

 Rigid Mica Plate has two species:

1: Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500 °C / 932 °F

(In constant operation), 750 °C / 1382 °F (in intermit t ent operation) .

2: Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750°C / 1382 °F

(In constant operation), 1000 °C / 1832°F (in intermittent operation) .

 Features

•Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000°C. It has unique temperature resistance,

the maximum working temperature for the Muscovite Mica Plate and Phlogopite Mica

Plate are approximately 500 °C and 750°C respectively,Peak work temperature are
