Single Stage Double Suction Split Case Pump is used for conveying water or the physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, agricultural irrigation and water conservancy.


Compact structure,beautiful outline,stable operation,low noise;

Both inlet and outlet of this pump are placed under the axial line,so it is unnecessary to remove the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor;

The shaft seal of water pump has fine mechanical seal and soft stuffing seal,which can be selected according to different condition by user;

The impeller is static-balance calibrated,fixed on the shaft with round nut,and its axial position can be adjustedvia the round nut;

The pump is direct drived by motor via resilient coupling,it can be drived by internal combustion engine if it is necessary.

The rotation direction

Viewed from motor, the direction of the pump is anti-clockwise,that is the suction in the left, the discharge in the right.

The rotating direction of the type pump is clockwise, that is the suction in the right, the discharge in the left. 

Also can move the driver to another edge according to the user’s requires. Then, the rotating direction, the suction and discharge direction is in the opposite as the described above.

First of all, the power of the pump is determined by the motor. When the power is certain, work must be done. According to w=mgh, the flow determines mg, the head is h, you think, if the flow rate is large, is the head smaller?. This is theoretical, and at the same time, you see, the water pump characteristic curve can also see that the flow rate increases, the corresponding smaller head.

heater hose should originate from the passenger side of the firewall and go to the water pump. if you plug it then no hot water will go to your heater core and you wont have heat/defrost just air that is the same temp as outside air

You are probably right about the water pump leaking, Of course you wont see it until you remove that cover and put a pressure tester on it... Sometimes they leak better with no pressure on them, Kind of like the piddle valve on the radiator cap.

Just take off the fan belt, unbolt the water pump and fit the new one. Make sure the gasket area is clean and use a new gasket. If it has the fan on it, take that off first.
Q:why does my water pump turn on and off?
If you mean your pump turns on and off rapidly (really short cycles) you have a waterlogged pressure tank. The pressure tank for your system has an air space inside that is separated from the water by a neoprene bladder or diaphragm. The air provides a cushion for the pump and system since air is compressible and water isn't. Sometimes the diaphragm will develop a small hole and water will enter the air space. You may be able bleed the water out and recharge the air or in some cases the diaphragm will have to replaced.

Remove the timming belt.? no!! Its really an easy fix. You will have to remove you fan belts and the fan itself. Then walla! The next bolts to remove are the water pump bolts, once that is done, put in your NEW pump. Its really easy. I have fixed mine (in many diffrent cars) many times. A lot cheaper than going to a shop.

Its gonna' take some doin' === Drain the radiator..remove the thermostat..fill the radiator with water and radiator flush the motor..until hot..either with the Radiator Cap--ON or OFF.. If you left the radiator cap installed..the engine will need to cool down--to remove it.. Flushing your motor with the radiator cap removed offers time savings.. === Yet..the radiator might over-flow during the flushing..procedure.. === Stand away from the car..and be ready to turn off the motor.. ..safely drain all the flushed material..refill with fresh water and drain out(no need to start thre motor).. === Now..look at your thermostat..does it have a tiny little hole in the flange area.. The flange is the flat portion that supports the opening and allows a place to seal the gasket--there should be a tiny bleeder hole..that's not in the gasket portion.. It allows some coolant to flow--freely.. I once bought a thermostat that was missing the bleeder hole.. I used a tiny drill to replace that item..tiny hole like THIN Spagetti/ fluid can escape thru thre system.. === With that in mind--get the system back together..check for leaks..//[end]
