NYJ-800T to 1600T single-side and double-side wood door face veneer equipment suitable for moulding and veneering of melamine door skin,natural wood door skin.Single-side and double-side wood door face veneer equipment adopts spring synchronous closed structure, can stop at any position according to the production preocess(or position-limit control), and the residence time can be adjusted. Single-side and double-side wood door face veneer equipment holding time and pressure set automatic control. Two operaing mode(manual and automatic) are convenient for customers to choose.


 1. Control system:  PLC control with connection to computer  (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage,

Q:why can i get my bench press stronger?
OK. Here's the deal. Whoever said you should probably concentrate on more than just the bench press is absolutely 100% correct. The bench press is important, but if you want to be as effective as possible in whatever sport (I assume football is the case here) you need to get stronger everywhere. That said, the comments already made are very good ones. Generally speaking, to gain muscle mass (i.e. up your max) the best way to go is high weight and low reps. For endurance the opposite is true, low weight and high reps. Both are important. This is one reason why I advise to cycle your programs, say 6 weeks of endurance training and six weeks of mass training, then repeat. As far as concentrating on individual muscles, this is a good idea too. Biceps, triceps, deltoids, ect. But do not over look your rotators. Here is a great exercise for doing that free of charge. Grab a 5 lb weight in your right hand and lie on a bench on your left side. Rest the weight on your stomach, tucking your elbow such that it touches your right side (kidney area). Keeping your elbow touching your side, rotate the weight away from your stomach until it is pointing almost straight up in the air, and then back down to your stomach. Then do the same for your left arm. Trust me, it might feel a little weird at first but this will help. I would do about 3 or 4 sets of 10-15 reps. But always do a low weight. The rotator is easy to injure, so don't over do it.
Q:can this help with my bench press?
theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. Press Ups.... are those Push Ups?.... If you over do it the first time and your muscle's get really stiff it could affect your breathing becasue its pushing against your chest... just dont go crazy with Exercise till your body is used to it...

Yes bench press will build your chest but many people don't know the importance of squats for accelerating progess. Squats have been proven to release the most testosterone which helps gain faster. I would suggest buying the book Super Squats. It gives a very simple routine that gets results. My father was a bean pole and gained 18lbs in a month doing this program. Squats are the key to big gains on your whole body. You can buy the book on amazon.
