- The press has never been unbiased in this country or any other. You should do some reading on the press battles during the 1864 election and at the time of the Spanish/American war. The Obama supporters are the richest people in the world and they own outright the majority of the worlds media outlets so why is anybody surprised that he is getting the majority of the promotion!

- Q:This may be a difficult question but just out of curiosity, what do you think the equivalent weight would be going from dumbbell press to bench press?At the moment I am doing my sets with 40 pound dumbbells with about 8 or 9 reps a set. I can hit the 50's once or twice
- It is difficult to calculate. Dumbbell press uses more stabilizing muscles which makes it harder for you to do. Barbell press only requires the stabilizing muscles to keep the bar straight. If one arm is weaker you will not notice it in barbell like you would dumbbell. My max right now is 350 but with dumbbells I am lucky to put up 145 dumbbells 5 times... The easiest way to figure it out is to actually do it.

- Select Sheer/Pressed powder from MAC cosmetics works really well. It's not too expensive, it's not tested on animals, it comes in many skin tones, and it really works. It goes on lightly and doesn't look too cakey or fake, but it covers up and looks natural at the same time.

- a press release would be contacting the press and telling them something they'd be interested in that they don't know already. ...so if you don't know anything then you can't do one.

- it IS a bench press no doubt but it looks like you might have to buy the bar and weights yourself not worth it buy a bench press that comes with some weights and bar....believe it or not the heavier the weights the more expensive they will become lifting correctly wont stunt your growth

- You can't press roses because they crumble. You can dry them out and thats it. You can press posies, asters, and carnation petals but not roses. You can press leaves, pine needles and seed but not roses. Now forget about pressing those roses and go do the dishes.
