Product Description:

1.Description

Aerogel Insulation Felts

Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

2.Specifications

1.Superior Thermal Performance
2.Long service life
3.Environmentally Safe
4.Sound resistance

 3. Advantages

(1).Superior Thermal Performance

The maximum use temperature is 1000,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.

(2). Long service life

Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.

(3). Physically Robust:
It has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.

(4). Environmentally Safe:

Saving material and space; under the same conditions, this materials (thickness) can save more than 70%, greatly reducing transportation costs

Low and ultra-low temperature equipment and piping applications

Petrochemical, power equipment applications

(5). Easy to Install
Extremely low density (200kg/m3) contributes to easy-to-cut and easy-to-install.

Q:What's the difference between the rock wool and glass wool board?
Actually it's very simple, glass wool takes glass (silicon dioxide) as raw material and is made by the processing of equipment; rock wool is made by refining the basalt or diabase through high temperaturem, they are two different products.
Q:What is the function of glass wool foil?
Glass wool is one kind of the glass fiber and it is a man-made inorganic fiber. Glass is made by melting such raw materials as quartz sand, limestone, dolomite and other natural ore with some chemical materials like pure alkali and sodium borate. In the molten state, the glass is thrown into fine fibers in the shape of floc by the with external force. These fibres vertically interwine and show many small gaps. These gaps can be regarded as air void. Thus, glass wool can be regarded as porous materials and it is of good insulation and sound absorption performance.
Q:What is the heat conductivity coefficient of glass wool ?
Glass wool is a kind of spongiform fibre with silicate mineral which can form glass as main material and certain clinker as auxiliary material through fusion, fiber forming and a certain amount of organic binder. It belongs to inorganic glass fiber. Glass wool thermal conductivity is generally less than 0.1W / mK. If the test temperature is not high (150 ℃ or less), you can use transient plane source method. If the material itself is flocculence, you can measure without processing sample.
Q:Who can tell me about the unit weight of glass wool board?
Glass wool has a good sound absorption performance in the high-frequency sound. The main factors affecting the centrifugal glass wool' sound absorption performance are thickness, density and air flow resistance, etc. Density is the weight per cubic meter of materials. 1. with the increase of thickness, the low frequency sound absorption coefficient significantly increases, but there is little change in the high frequency (high frequency absorption is always larger). 2. thickness is the same, the unit weight increases, the low frequency sound absorption coefficient also increases; but when the unit weight increases to a certain extent, the material becomes dense, the flow resistance is greater than the optimum flow resistance, sound absorption coefficient decreases.
Q:Who knows the construction scheme of external wall thermal insulation glass wool ?
Glass wool external wall insulation construction shceme: in this project, 50 thick glass wool thermal insulation boards are used, which has became popular in Beijing as external wall thermal insulation material only in recent two years so there are no mature check, acceptance and construction specifications. It is constructed according to the design negotiations, the reference standard, Atlas 10BJ2-11, JGJ144-2004, GB50411-2007. Construction of glass wool is difficult. Therefore, construction scheme should be made according to specification and design requirments and negotiation records before construction. At the same time, we should strengthen control during construction and solve problem immediately and construct in strict accordance with Atlas and technical schedule. The insulation construction period of this project is 20 days. It is very tight so we need to make proper arrangement to ensure insulation construction period. Dingfuzhuang Middle School insulation construction: first teachingl buildings, then laboratory buildings, finally canteen. When the outer scaffolds are all constructed in the teaching building, carry out construction in four facades of the teaching building from bottom to up. When the laboratory building outer is sprayed with concrete, carry out laboratory building outer thermal insulation construction. At this time, more workers are needed to ensure insulation constructions of two buildings carried out simultaneously as the teaching building insulation constructio is not finished. When the insulation project is constructed in canteen outer, add more workers to ensure insulation constructions of the three buildings carried out simultaneously.
Q:The glass wool board of Kunnai Building Materials Corporation have different densities. Are there any differences?
Of course there are differences on attrition rate, and this is the same as rock wool. This will affect the schedule, especially will add construction difficulty. They are all inorganic materials, but the thermal insulation perfoamance is poor. I have accepted such a project in which the boards are of different density and there are big differences on their thermal insulation and fireproof performance. And I will not accept such project any more.
Q:Which is more expensive between glass wool and rock wool?
Which Gree factory do you work for? I work for the third factory.
Q:How about the sound insulation performance of glass wool felts?
The direct relationship between sound level and the density of glass wool. It has sound absorption penetrability, also can be wall.
Q:What are the differences between glass wool felts and rock wool board in terms of appearance, and how to distinguish them?
First, the color. environmental glass wool is while, while rock wool is dark.
Q:Which is more effective in retarding fire, rock wool or glass wool? What is the difference between rock wool and glass wool?
The fireproof performance of these two all reaches A degree. Water absorption rate and heat conductivity coefficient of these two are basically the same. However, glass wool is cleaner than rock wool and rock wool is cheaper than glass wool.
