Calcium Silicon Powder

1. Description:

Silicon Calcium Alloy is a stable compound; it is supplied in the form of solid with approximate melting point of 1245°C and boiling point 1800°C in normal atmospheric pressure.

Solubility in water reacts with moist gas and water.

Silicon Calcium Alloy is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition, Calcium Silicon is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product. Calcium Silicon can be obtained in lump or powder form. The most widely used method for intergraded steel applications is in the form of cored wire. This is mainly because calcium has a low density and high reactivity in the ladle making it difficult to introduce and retain in the melt. Cored wire eliminates these variables.

3. Application:

(1) Silicon calcium alloy is an ideal deoxidizer and desulfurizer.

(2) CaSi is generally used in manufacturing steel of high quality and low carbon, and the same as the production of stainless.

(3) CaSi is also served as a starting material for other special alloys, such as nickel base alloy and titanium base alloy.

(4) Silicon Calcium Alloy can also be used as the inoculant of cast iron and the additive in the production of nodular cast iron.

Q:Why do metal fans consider metalcore fake metal or emo?
This is the correct order to play the games in: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater [PS2] Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. [PSP] Metal Gear [NES] Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake [SNES] Metal Gear Solid [Playstation] Metal Gear Solid VR Missions [Playstation] Metal Gear Solid 2 [PS2] Metal Gear Acid [PSP] Metal Gear Acid 2 [PSP] Metal Gear Solid 4 [PS3] Metal Gear 1 and 2 are on MGS3: Subsistance, as extra's. If you wanted to play the games in the correct timeline, this is the order you should play them. Naked Snake [Big Boss] was the star of MGS3 and Portable Ops. You play as Solid Snake in every other Metal Gear game. Metal Gear Solid 3 and MGS Portable Ops took place before any other Metal Gear games, in the 1960's. Every other game takes place in modern times, 1990's up til now. I hope this helps!!
Q:Epic Metal or Power Metal?
you can but why? mineral oil would work too, and so would light machine oil and lots of othr things.
Q:How were the first metals made?
Nope.
Q:is disturbed nu-metal?
Metals do not tend to lose electrons in reactions, metals tend to share electrons but it depends on what you define as reactions. Many metals have very limited ductility and very limited malleability but, again, it depends on exactly how you define these terms.
Q:What is the most Expensive metals?
Eew, sh*tty Deathcore bands. Try some real Death Metal. Hypocrisy Dismember Bolt Thrower Asphyx Hail Of Bullets Jungle Rot.
Q:What seperates the new wave of british heavy metal from other metal genres?
Re-use it again.
Q:What is the differance between real and fake metal?
Alternative metal isn't, but I don't know about this altenative metal. It sounds Satanic.
Q:Metalheads being against Hair/Glam Metal?
I wouldn't call power metal extreme, mainly because one of the reasons it exists, was the opposition to extreme metal, specifically death and black metal. Many power metal singers decided to sing in an operatic way to continue the tradition of classic heavy metal singers and oppose the growling in death metal. Therefore it's not really extreme metal since it was the opposition. Progressive metal can or cannot be extreme depending on the fusion. Traditional progressive metal bands such as Dream Theater or Crimson Glory are not extreme metal because they are closer to traditional metal and progressive rock. However other bands such as Opeth, Cynic and Meshuggah (if you consider them to be progressive) are examples of extreme progressive metal.
Q:hardcore or metal??
Alkali metals Lithium, Sodium, Potassium Rubidium, Caesium, Francium Alkaline earth metals Beryllium, Magnesium, Calcium Strontium, Barium, Radium Transition metals Zinc, Molybdenum, Cadmium Scandium, Titanium, Vanadium Chromium, Manganese, Iron Cobalt, Nickel, Copper Yttrium, Zirconium, Niobium Technetium, Ruthenium, Rhodium Palladium, Silver, Hafnium Tantalum, Tungsten, Rhenium Osmium, Iridium, Platinum Gold, Mercury, Rutherfordium, Dubnium, Seaborgium, Bohrium, Hassium, Meitnerium, Darmstadtium, Roentgenium, Ununbium Post-transition metals Aluminium, Gallium, Indium Tin, Thallium, Lead, Bismuth Ununtrium, Ununquadium Ununpentium, Ununhexium Lanthanoids Lanthanum, Cerium, Praseodymium Neodymium, Promethium, Samarium Europium, Gadolinium, Terbium Dysprosium, Holmium, Erbium Thulium, Ytterbium, Lutetium Actinoids Actinium, Thorium, Protactinium Uranium, Neptunium, Plutonium Americium, Curium, Berkelium Californium, Einsteinium, Fermium Mendelevium, Nobelium, Lawrencium
Q:How can you identifiy metals ?
Thrash Metal: Angel of Death - Slayer Speed Metal (basically the same thing as Thrash): Holy Wars - Megadeth Heavy Metal: Aces High - Iron Maiden Power Metal: Mr Torture - Helloween Alt Metal: Sugar - System of a Down Nu Metal: People = Sh!t - Slipknot
