Capacitor production line is divided into core production line , impregnating line and spraying line.

1.Capacitor core production line:

Capacitor core production line is set in purification workshop with constant temperature and humidity, and the area is 1500 m². There are five full-automatic component coiling machines with good and high quality. The transverse plane of component is smooth and flattening, and the winding speed can reach 3m/s. Winding, assembly, welding, test, packing and seal-capping of components are finished in the production line with 10 million kVar ability, the leading level in the same field in China.

2.Capacitor impregnation production line

The production line adopts German Ernst Leybold vacuum plant, and the limit vacuum degree can be upto 0.1Pa. Leakage rate of the vacuum system is less than 10Pa.L/s, realizing automatic control via computer of the whole process such as vacuuming, heating, oil adjustment, oil-filling and impregnating, improving impregnation effect and reducing partial discharging level of capacitor.

3.Capacitor spraying production line

Capacitor spraying production line adopts chain-type production line with highly automatic degree. The body shot blasting, cleaning, spraying, stoving and testing of capacitor are done in automatic procedure, especially auto on-line HV detection equipment which ranks first in China. Robots are used to do static spraying work, realizing even thickness paint, improving the efficiency, lowing cost and beautifying appearance quality.
