Q:can this help with my bench press?
theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. Good luck.
Q:Bench Press Plateau. Need Advice.?
Well if you're trying to beef up you need to eat more protein. If you're not a big eater then eat your three meals a day and snack on protein bars. As for the plateau just take a break from bench pressing like for a week then go back at it. Doing the same thing causes muscles memory. If you're looking to increase strength then try resistance training for a while then go back to bench pressing that way you don't fall into a plateau. Resistance training is a little more work on muscles so you probably want to start with less then 140Lb of resistance. Switch your workout up this will help keep you from the plateau effect.

20 pushups are actually great,if you do them correctly and without cheating! Usually those who cant do alot of pushups usually have neglected their shoulders or triceps,so while their chest can handle it,the other smaller muscles cant!Plus pushups require a trained core (lower back and abs) so you can add the plank to your exercises to strengthen your core. Tricep dips (4 sets of 12) are also great to make your arm a lot stronger!
Q:Best french press?????????
I have 4 presses...I prefer the thermal ones, the glass ones get cold faster. Also, the 'filter' so to speak, get one that has a rubber ring around it. The ones that are metal to the end tend to let more grinds through. Also, you might want to think about how much she will be drinking so you know how big of one to get. Hope this helps
Q:is bench pressing every day bad for you.?
yup. I started benching at 145 every day for 2 weeks then went to 185 for 2 weeks. next is 225 . shoulders feel great as they are always limber. sets are 8 reps 5 sets. my goal is 315 every day. It will happen conditioning is key. most work outs require heavy tearing and recovery which overall is bad. its not a race. I see huge strength gains and stamina doing it this way. no pain or injury either. give it a try.
Q:Monitor Button Auto pressing?
well it sounds like the switch under the button is going bad. you can break it so it can;'t be pressed ever again or you can take the plastic cap off the button so only the metal contact will show. this might solve you problem.
