Product Description:

The compact counter-jib has a reduced footprint, ballast supports and
stabilizer plates designed to be folded away for transport.
The nose and stabilizer plates can be simply unfolded which releases the guardrails.
Assembly of the jib on the ground
Operation of crane fleets can be optimized thanks to the possibility of exchanging certain components of the crane jib with other models from the same range

Counter-jib ballast blocks with inclined bases are used for simpler dismantling on the ground, since they can be laid down easily.
No locking mechanisms are necessary, and the counter-jib can be unfolded easily.

Pinning is quick and simple thanks to the centering pins of the splice.

 Variable frequency hoisting :
• permanent adaptation and optimizationof speed depending on the lifted load,
• very low slow speeds, smooth speed changes,
• high productivity.

 Variable frequency hoisting :
• permanent adaptation and optimizationof speed depending on the lifted load,
• very low slow speeds, smooth speed changes,

Trolleying with variablefrequency, progressive speed by means of stepless control.

The masts adopt the standard bases from the MC range, allowing it to be adjusted to the desired height.
The adjustable bases are of the same type as those of the MC crane range, providing a choice of method of installation:
• on fixing angles,
• on cross-shaped base,
• on travelling gear,
• or as a climbing crane.
For easier management of your crane fleet, the standard elements taken from the MC range are assembled using pinned fish joints for ease and speed of connection.

MCT cranes are available with a wide range of optional features:
• Vision cab with or without air-conditioning
• Dialog VISU indicators
• Dialog Wind anemometer
• Top Tracing interference control and zone limitation system
• Remote control unit with indicator
• Automatic cartridge lubrication
• Auxiliary winch

• 5 models.
• Jib lengths from 40 m to 52 m.
• Maximum load from 2.5 to 5 tons.
• Maximum hoisting speeds from 2.8 to 82 m/min.

Fitted with jib lengths ranging from 55 to 65 m, the MDT Topless cranes boast hoisting capacities of 6 to 10 t.
Providing a suitable size for all your needs.
They allow complex multi-crane installations by considerablyreducing the height gaps and interference of cranes on work sites.

The assembly, erection, transport and even maintenance times are reduced, and as a result this helps to keep operating costs low.
Optimum productivity and greater safety make MDT Topless cranes the best alternative for all users or hirers.

Elegance and distinction
Their new shape is easy to distinguish from a distance.
The counter-jib projects a dynamic and refined design and the profiled jib, with a regular inclination, shows a fluid and
elegant line.

Minimized, compact and light package
Transport and erection
The shapes, dimensions and weights of the components were devised right from the design stage to scale-down the
package and save time. Only a single, small, mobile crane is required to hoist the packages and assemble them.

Q:Tower cranes should stop working when the wind speed is greater than the magnitude.
Tower crane should stop working when the regulation is greater than or equal to six wind. When the wind is greater than or equal to four, the lifting operation shall be stopped.
Q:two cranes that are directly opposite of each other are used to lift a 2000lb. cargo container from a ship.?
So I can't tell whether the cargo container is one ton (2000 lbs.) or ten tons (20,000 lbs.). For doing the problem, I'm using 2000 lbs., so you might have to multiply the answers by 10. Also, I'll use A and B for the cranes instead of I and II. (Vertical): A sin 30° + B sin 45° = 2000 == A + √2 B = 4000 (Horizontal): -A cos 30° + B cos 45° = 0 == -√3 A + √2 B = 0 Solve those equations simultaneously to get A = 4000/(1+√3) = 1464 lbs. and B = √(3/2) A = 1793 lbs. (Answers) The vectors are: A = 1464 (-i cos 30° + j sin 30° = -1268i + 732j (Answer) B = 1793 (i cos 45°i + j sin 45°) = 1268i + 1268j (Answer)
Q:What is the scrap standard of tower crane hook?
The hook shall be scrapped at any time in the following circumstances:Crackle; The wear of the dangerous section is 10% of the original size; The opening ratio is increased by 10% than the original size; The twist of the hook is over 10 degrees; The dangerous section of the hook or the neck of the hook produces plastic deformation; The hook thread is corroded; When the hook bushing is worn at 50% of the original size, the bushing shall be replaced; The mandrel shall be replaced when the hook mandrel is worn at 5% of the original size. The American Standard can provide for your reference:1, hook hanging points in the effective area of cross sectional wear more than 10%, should be disabled and scrapped.2 any visible permanent deformation and cracks shall be disabled and scrapped.3, if the wear is in the same area in two directions, it should be controlled within 5%.4, any hook opening deformation is not greater than 5%, or in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines to determine.5, hook bow hook (i.e. intermediate position hook C shape) wear amount should be less than 5%.
Q:Does my truck support this mounted-crane?
Check what the hydralic specs. of the crane are. Then see if your truck pump can supply the output pressures and volume.
Q:the lifting capacity of a hydraulic crane is based on two primary design factors what are they?
The potential lifting force of a hydraulic crane is primarily based on the diameter of the piston and on the pressure of the oil. Everything else is subservient, but necessary.
Q:What kind of white crane Kung fu styles are there?
The Tibetan style is based on the Tibetan White Ape and is a separate style having no relation to the Fujian style. The Fujian style from Yong Chun Village (aka Wing Chun Village)is the Original White Crane. Shouting, Feeding, Shaking, Leaping and Ancestral Crane styles which are practiced in Taiwan are based on Yong Chun White Crane. Edit: Shaolin white crane is Fujian White Crane. It is not a Shaolin Style but it has roots in the Shaolin 18 Lohan Style. emei white crane? There is no Crane Style in the Omei branch of CMA.
Q:What are the impacts of construction cranes on the human society?
construction cranes enabled the building of multiple story buildings which fostered urbanism. It changed the village oriented way of life in America, for good and bad. We became more boadly oriented in our business ventures which increased the stanting of the U.S. in world affairs, but it decreased the degree of brotherhood people felt for each other as they left their roots and dwelt amongst relative strangers.
Q:Why is it that during the end of the last code geass epsidoe they zoomed in on the pink paper crane?
i really dont know what i can say to that so ill just shut up
Q:How many meters is the tower crane installed on the edge of the deep foundation pit?
If you set the tower crane foundation in the foundation pit, which is based on another piling, the general is to help the wall of the tower crane (unless your project in the free height under it), so far away from the foundation by the wall distance set.The two tower cranes are all supported by piles and steel lattice columns in the foundation pit. The distance is determined by the distance between the outer edge of the main structure and the supporting wall.
Q:How do tower cranes stay balanced when they have very long booms and very heavy loads moved inward and out?
I think the counter weights are connected to a pully system that directly interacts with the boom and hook movement. This way it can put more or less pull on the weights according to the amount of weight or position of the weight on the crane.
