Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:So I purchased this car last week. It ran great for three days until it started leaking water so much that it caused it to over heat. My uncle checked it out for me and said it was either the seal or the water pump. Yesterday we replaced the seal and still leaking water. So we now know it is the water pump. - Q:i took off the lower unit to fix the gears. im not sure ill be able to put it back on with out knowing how things work in there.so how exactly does the water get pumped. and what does it have to do with the gears, because even though the prop wasn't turning, the water was still pumping.thanks.

- To replace the water pump on the 3.4L Venture calls for 1.3 hours labor (about $130) and the pump is about $30 and it is a good idea to replace the thermostat and flush the cooling system to get maximum life out of the pump and your cooling system about $100 so you would be looking at about $350

- Your car has only one fuel pump in the gas-tank of it's a four cylinder motor. It has only one fuel pump if the motor is a V-6. In both cases, change the fuel filter first. Have the fuel pressure checked in the fuel rail pressure fitting beside the fuel injector nozzles. No need to change the fuel pump if the pressure is at least 35 psi. No way in heck should it cost $900. to have the water-pump and thermostat replaced on your car. Pretty sure a Chevrolet dealer, who know services Saturn would charge that much! *Check out more trusted private mechanics for prices. - You check the water pump by looking at it! Underneath the input shaft of the water-pump is a small weep-hole that leaks coolant if the bearings and seals are shot. If there's no leak in that location absolutely nothing is wrong with the water-pump regardless what you read above. Change the thermostat with a factory OEM unit. Remove the radiator cap when the motor is cold. If the radiator return valve on the bottom is brown and dirty the entire cooling system should be drained, flushed and cleaned. The heater core and radiator cross fins are probably plugged full because of years of not changing the coolant. Is the electric fan working? When the motor starts to overheat, wrap a gloved hand around the top radiator hose. If it's barely warm the thermostat is sticking closed. If it's hot the radiator and entire cooling system needs to be cleaned with Prestone Super Radiator Cleaner.

- Q:I have a submersible pump outdoors for the water to my house. Indoors is a holding tank and pressure gauge. It seems the pressure gauge keeps slowly declining down to 20. Then when the toilet is flushed, the gauge kicks on and climbs to 50. Then left alone for a while the gauge again declines to 20. Do I have a leak somewhere? If so , where? Does the ballast inside the holding tank need to be pressurized? If so, how where? I seem to remember years ago, my husband did something with a bicycle tire air pump. Makes sense? Thanks
- If it's going down while nobody is using water then the check valve or foot valve is leaking through when the pump is off. It should pump it to a determined PSI then shut off. I suppose there could be a leak somewhere in the line, but I suspect the check valve. It's pretty common. ....the ballast does need to be pressurized but I doubt that's your problem. If that was bad you would have severe water hammer.
