Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:can't get the pulleys to line up I know I have a mid 70's 400 and the water pump is later than 1969 but I can't find a pulley that works every one is about a half inch off I bought a aftermarket set of underdrive pulley's from march performance and still the same problem the water pump is a half inch off there was no long or short water pump right they are all the same lenght right??? The only difference I know of is that pre 1968 the pumps have a 8 bolt design and after they have a 11 bolt design is that right???

- Q:I have a 1992 acura legend coupe V6 3.2 liter engine. My water pump is leaking. How do I tell if I need the 1 tube or 2 tube pump because thats how the water pumps come. Its either the one tube or two tube but I dont know which one I need for my car. also, how much is the cost to install the water pump. Thank You,Josh

- Q:My toyota 99 camry stalled and would not start. engine turned over and all lights worked. had the oil changed 3 weeks ago and they told me their was a noise and it might be the water pump. my questions are does this sound like the water pump? Do they usually change the timing belt and is this necessary? is this something that we can do at home? thank-you for any info out their!
- If your water pump is the problem, the stalling and not starting would've been caused by your engine overheating. Hopefully that's not the case. Also, waterpumps tend to make a noise when they go bad, but the most common symptom is the loss of coolant in your radiator. The waterpump will began to drip when it goes bad. If you are getting the waterpump done, I would bite the bullet and spend the loot on a full timing belt replacement. My reasons are this: In order to get to the waterpump, all of the belts (including the timing belt) will need to be removed. This is one case where a mechanics advice on additional work works in your favor. If you replace the timing belt while replacing the waterpump, you will be saving hundreds of dollars in labor in the long run. The timing belt change isn't necessary, and you don't have to worry about damaging your engine if it breaks. your Camry has a noninterference engine so you'll just need to replace the belt when it breaks and you're good to go. However, replacing it while you have the waterpump done will save you money as I mentioned before.
- Q:Im replacing the water pump in my 1992 toyota celica, and i cant get the pully off! i have been working hard for like an hour, i took the belts off. all i have is good old fashoned sockets and crescent wrenches. do i need to get the pully off? and is it lefty loosey and righty tighty or righty loosy lefty tighty?? because sometimes i hear they reverse it. thanks- jordan
- you need to loosen the alternator and or powersteering and or aircon ,then yourwaterpump will come off ,do not have to remove any pullys.

- Q:We recently fixed our stone water fountain, and now we're trying to get it working. THe pump we had was about 5 yrs old, and didn't work. We've tried to get a new one online, but it only had one inlet for the water to go into the pump, and that got clogged in a matter of about 5 minutes. Since our garden has many trees, it's almost impossible for us to keep the fountain 100% clean all the time to prevent clogging. Anybody know where to get a pump for a 15gal fountain, that has multiple inlets?

- oh boy i think u have to take the timing belt , matterof factchange the timming belt too , it should be cheaper since it's already open,check pepboys autozone,murray's , they would give u a diagram for it
