Dosage and Usage
AF300 should be injected by compressed air.
Injections are to be made by hose and air pressure adjusting pressure controller for continuous mixture.
It is advisable that utilizing our superplasticizer NZY-P will efficiently help lowering W/C and smooth pumping.
Ideal concrete temperature prior to application is 15°C.
Packaging, transport and storage
1. AF300 is availabe in 200L PE drums and 1000L PE tanks.
2. Cautions should be taken to avoid moisture while being transferred or delivered.
3. Store the product in closed container at a temperature between 0°C and +50°C. If stored in tightly closed original containers under the given conditions, AF300 has a shelf life of 6 months.
