Our 9000 t/h, 7500t/h, 4500t/h and 3000t/h bulldozers (each with a tipper car) are used for large open-pit continual or semi-continual mining processes. They can be used for large open-pit stripping. Our bulldozers have been developed as a result of years of successful experience producing mining equipment, and in this process, we have included a significant amount of advanced international and domestic technology in their design and manufacture. By designing the crushing and belt conveyor systems to be of the same specifications, our bulldozers can be used for topsoil stripping work of large open-pit coal mines, iron mines and non-ferrous metal mines.

Our 9000 t/h, 7500t/h, 4500t/h and 3000t/h bulldozers mainly consist of a track lower mechanism, a rotary upper mechanism with a platform and tower, a receiving arm and a variable amplitude unloading arm. Our 4500t/h, 7500t/h or 9000 t/h tipping hoppers mainly consist of a main frame, a travel device, a support bogie and a cable drum. The design can be used for high-efficiency waste dumping and aids in the reduction of production costs through the adoption of three-dimensional emulation, finite element analysis and other modern design features. This type of bulldozer is notable for its performance capabilities, dynamic applications, ease of maintenance and high efficiency.

Our bulldozers’ electric system mainly consists of a high-voltage incoming cabinet, a transformer, a control cabinet, a low-voltage power cabinet, a PLC control cabinet, an operator console and a motor. The control system has PLC for sequence control, logic control and calculation of each mechanism. It is reliable, features reduced wire connections and space, has a low fault rate, can be flexibly programmed per process requirements, has a convenient electric interlock of each mechanism and reliable system operation.
