6.What is considerations of Scaffolding installation?

There must be a fire protection measures and specialist care, safety personnel patrol inspection when electricity, gas welding work on the scaffold,

(1) scaffold frontage hurtful to prevent falling objects protection is required.

(2) During take down the scaffolding, fencing and warning signs should be set up on the ground, prohibit others person besides the operator

Scaffolding Pipe Clamp--Roofing Coupler CNBM

Q:A 75kg painter stands on a 5.5m long uniform plank resting on a scaffold. If the plank's mass is 20kg , how close to the left end of the plank can he stand without tipping the plank? ( The scaffold supports are 2.5m apart, and the plank extends beyond the scafold supports, 1.5m on each end.)
The mass of the plank on the left side of the scaffold is: M? = (20 kg) × (1.5 m) / (5.5 m) = 5.45 kg The distance between the scaffold and the center of mass on the left side is: L? = (1.5 m) / 2 = 0.75 m So the torque of the plank on the left side is: T? = (5.45 kg)×(0.75 m) = 4 kgm The mass of the plank on the right side of the scaffold is: M? = (20 kg) × ((5.5 m) - (1.5 m)) / (5.5 m) = 14.5 kg The distance between the scaffold and the center of mass on the left side is: L? = ((5.5 m) - (1.5 m)) / 2 = 2 m So the torque of the plank on the left side is: T? = (14.5 kg)×(2 m) = 29 kgm Now, say the painter stands at X meter on the left side from the scaffold, so the torque added on the left side is: T? = X × (75 kg) The total torque on the left must be the same as the total torque on the right, so (4 kgm) + X×(75 kg) = (29 kgm) X×(75 kg) = (25 kgm) X = 0.333 m That is the maximum distance the painter can move away from the scaffold, so the distance to the end of the scaffold is: D = (1.5 m) - (0.333 m) = 1.167 m < - - - - - - answer
Q:What is the previous version of the scaffold fastener (JGJ166-2008) for construction? That is, the implementation of the current version of JGJ166-2008 will soon be replaced by 2009.7.1 version.
What does the previous version mean? Once the new version comes out, the previous version is cancelled
Q:Bowl buckle scaffold is not a pipe fitting scaffold
Bowl buckle scaffold with steel scaffolding is different
Q:How many kinds of wheel buckle scaffolding and adjustable wire base and support?
This is similar to the box culvert project.1, the roof of the reinforced concrete formwork support frame, the support frame is not only the wheel frame can be completed, bowl buckle type, fastener type can be completed;2, concrete box culvert is completed in advance and has reached the strength, so it is very smooth, and each pole need only one adjustable jacking is enough, do not need the adjustable bottom bracket;
Q:Can a guardrail on a scaffold be used as an access point?
No NEVER! It is a breach of Health and Safety regulations.
Q:i know they are meant to be done as one piercing and with one bar to reduce the risk of them not aligning properly but is it possible to have it done as one piercing and then replacing the bar with two separate ones after it has partially healed. is there still a risk? also, how low down and at what angle should the bar be?thanks x
They can be done as two separate piercings, and it is up to the piercer and the shape of your ear to decide if something like that will be done. However, I would not recommend it, because even if it is partially healed, putting two separate earrings in can still misalign the piercing when you go to put the bar back in later. I would recommend keeping the bar in, it's a guaranteed way to make your piercing work out. Besides, once you get used to the bar, you won't even know you have it in! Much easier than keeping track of two separate earrings and making sure they still align months down the road. As for the angle, it depends on your preference and what is able to be done due to the shape of your ear. Some people want theirs straight across, others want a much steeper angle. It all depends on preference and shape of ear. Hope this helps, good luck!
Q:is scaffolding a trade that i could emigrate to australia with?
I would say so ... take a look around this site and see what you can find GOOD LUCK.
Q:A scaffold of mass 69 kg and length 5.5 m is supported in a horizontal position by a vertical cable at each end. A window washer of mass 79 kg stands at a point 1.0 m from one end.(a) What is the tension in the cable closer to the painter? (b) What is the tension in the cable further from the painter?
Closer to the window washer ... T = 168 N ... Farther from the window washer ... T = 75 N ...
Q:I'm wanting to get a part of my ear pierced in the summer, which should I get,how much do each hurt, what is the healing period for each.I am getting it in the summer so it has time to heal before I go back to school,Help??
Industrial takes the longest to heal, cartilage and tragus are pretty similar but infection/complications are more common in tragus piercings as they are knocked a lot by hair and headphones etc. They all hurt the same amount, unless you get your cartilage done with a gun, in which case it's much less painful (but more risk of your cartilage cracking, which is pretty painful in the long term). Industrials are usually done as two cartilage piercings with two bars, then the long bar is put in after they've healed. You should expect some discomfort and scarring around the piercing holes for quite a while afterwards. Tragus piercings often give you problems as the area is near to ear wax which contains all sorts of debris and dust ect. Most cartilage piercings should heal fine and be pretty low maintenance, and there are lots of varieties. If you want something unusual, google a 'rook' piercing.
Q:I'm wanting a scaffold piercing so i can wear it with a bar or 2 rings. Could i get it PIERCED with the 2 rings to begin with or do i have to have a bar for the first few weeks/months?
My friend wanted the same thing done so she asked the piercer and he pierced one side of her top ear first and a week later she went back and got the other side pierced. She got used to the rings being in for 2 weeks and then put a bar in. Beware though as the bar that is put into your ear can make your skin grow around it, I still have two lumps on my ear from where the piercing went dodgy and so has my friend. I want it done again though! :)
