GALVANIZED/PRE-PAINTED STEEL COIL/ALUMINIUM COIL

Color painted coils based with galvanized coils take hot-dip galvanized steel coil as its basic material.

Factory adopts the newest technologies and the most advanced equipmentsto degrease, rinse,

chemical transform the cold-rolled steel coils or galvanized steel coils. Then we make primary and

refined lavation for the steel strips.

We use worldwide advanced solidify furnace to solidify the coasting surface. Thiskind of color painted coils has excellent capability of decoration, molding,

corrosionresistance ability. It keeps the products with color coatings in flamboyantcolor for a long

time.

Nowadays, it has become the most perfect building materials in construction, transportation,

manufacture, light industry, office furniture, household electric appliances, food package, and

other areas all over the world. Specifications:

Q:What is the best steel for making knives?
Without okorder.com.. Plus few other useful resources. In the end, there's no one best steel, not even 5. It all depends on the knife design, use, edge thickness, what you cut, etc...
Q:Aluminum and Steel brittle or ductile based on these results?
Only steel(of this pair)might be liable to brittle fracture, which would be implied by almost zero elongation or reduction in area at fracture. On this basis the steel has not failed by brittle fracture.I would expect much more elongation in pure aluminium than your sample shows so I presume it to be brittle unless it is an alloy rather than commercially pure aluminium. However brittle fracture in metals is a particular phenomenon to be determined by impact tests and examination of fracture surfaces and is particularly relevant to metals with the body centred crystal structure.
Q:What could the impurities in steel wool be?
Impurities in steel wool would be of the elemental type. I'm sure steel wool is a mixture of different low grade not good for much of anything else materials. There may be excessive impurities such as lead, cobalt, boron, aluminum etc... in the steel wool. There may also be solvent residue on the wool i.e cleaner, lubricant etc.. I'm sure every batch is different - I know the iron level is high thats what makes them rust quickly.
Q:surgical steel or sterling silver belly button rings?
Sterling silver is not meant for extended wear in body piercings, and should NEVER be worn in fresh or unhealed piercings - the silver will tarnish, and the tarnish can be deposited into your skin which causes it to turn gray or black. Silver can also cause allergic reactions for those who have nickel allergies. So it's okay to wear for a special occasion in a healed piercing, but has lots of nasty side effects if left in too long. As for the surgical steel: not all SS body jewelry is created equal! Lots of cheap steel body jewelry is made out of 316L Stainless steel, which is the minimum requirement for steel worn in healing/fresh piercings. Some people can wear this type of steel, but it can (and does) irritate and cause allergic reactions for others. Personally, I will only wear 316LVM ASTM F-138 Implant Grade Steel, which is the same type of material that doctors use when they put pins and plates in your body during surgery. It is the highest quality steel you can get, and will usually cost a bit more, but as someone with sensitive skin I am not willing to risk getting an allergic reaction from sub-par jewelry. Also, implant-grade jewelry is most often INTERNALLY-THREADED, which means that the threads are concealed inside the jewelry and do not come in contact with your skin. EXTERNALLY-THREADED jewelry has the threads on the outside, and inserting it into your piercings is pretty much the equivalent of dragging a screw through your navel. Whatever grade of steel you decide to go with, make sure the threads are on the inside!
Q:Urine dulls too shiny stainless steel?
Stainless steel will rust under proper conditions. I live on a boat on salt water, trust me. If the urine works it won't be prone to rusting any more than before. It's not the shine that inhibits rusting with stainless steel, it the % of carbon in the steel, compared to regular steel. IF the urine works it's because it is acidic (a mild acid). Wash it with a small brush and some baking soda to neutralize the acid when your done. A much stronger acid would be swimming pool acid. (Muriatic acid) but be careful you might test a spot with a Q tip on the back. If you try Muriatic acid it would take seconds. Then wash in baking soda water to remove all acid.. SS
Q:where can I find the weight of steel?
Category Material Density Metal Steel, tool 7.715 Metal Wrought Iron 7.75 Metal Carbon Tool Steel 7.82 Metal Steel, cold-drawn 7.83 Metal Carbon Steel 7.84 Metal Steel, C1020, HR 7.85 Metal Pure Iron 7.86 Metal Soft Steel (0.06% C) 7.87 Metal Stainless Steel, 304 8.03 Metal Stainless 18Cr-8Ni 8.03 I looked up specific gravity mild steel. This might get you pointed in the right direction.
Q:Can fire resistant building materials burn hot enough to melt steel columns?
Steel loses strength as it is heated and will fail long before it melts. A mild steel that starts out at 100 degs F with an allowable stress level of 20,000 psi will be down to only about 2000 psi at 1000 degrees. As to fireproofing for steel. It doesn't have an unlimited life. In fact most has only a 2 to 4 hour rating and that is determined in ideal conditions in a laboratory. The idea is to give firefighters time to get everyone out of the buidling.
Q:steel plow?
You want ot read up on American John Deere; he madethe first plow capable of cutting the virgin sod of the great planes.
Q:steel refining process?
As Mr. Perfessor says, refining raw steel involves a lot of purifications of the raw steel; and to expand a bit, these refining processes also add corrosion-resistances to certain graded steels, and durability factors, when heat-tempering processes are used. All of these refining processes, and coating processes help steel products last when exposed to moistures, salts, and other corrosive conditions that steel can be exposed to, whether the steel is in open-air/water/space, embedded in concretes and other masonry products, or part of a protective barrier system in power plants, engines, etc. Hope this also helps; the eggster.
Q:steel helmet protection?
Steel helmets were made to stop shrapnel; steel fragments from artillery bursts. They were never meant to stop bullets and most modern rifle rounds will penetrate a steel helmet with ease. The US went to Kevlar helmets for lighter weight and better ballistic protection. Some helmets will deflect handgun rounds. Over half of combat injuries were caused by artillery, so the thinking was to reduce head injuries from shrapnel.
