- Q:i am wanting a cleaner that does it all. i remember a rainbow that i used of someone that was a vac that extracted water while vacuuming that i would like to have. however, i don't know what kind that it was?? does all rainbow vacs do that?? i was thinking about purchasing the h2o vac, then read alot of bad things about them. do you have one, what is your experience? it does'nt have to be a rainbow, but i want something that i can vac and run water at the same time. would like for it to cost less than a rainbow. does the green machine do that?also, if you have a hoover z-fold, how good/bad is it?
- rainbow is the brand sold by rexaire, and it has water in a tank and all the dirt goes into the water, so there is no dust blowing out into the air. it doesnt extract water. mom had a rainbow for 25 yrs.
- Q:I've been waiting for it.
- LOL...............I think that could be very clever! I would laugh,,,,,,,,,,,,,and I would watch that commercial!
- Q:I have a company that sells vacuums and takes trade-ins, I need to find someone who will buy these used vacuums that have been traded in on our new system.
- Do you have ELECTROLUX canister models?
- Q:I mean.. aren't they just vacuum cleaners for decaying dead things?
- It's all organic matter. Just like we would never eat a live cow, but lots of people eat them dead.
- Q:Had a Bissell which was about $50, well it didn't last , and saw reviews on Eurekas, which were pretty good. Which do you use and where did you purchase your's for a good price? Not looking for expensive models, just something under $60.
- I gave up on vacuum cleaners a few years ago. I use a shop vac. It works like a champ! I vacuum the car, the house, blow the grass from the side walk. It sucks up everything. Nails, tools, and even unwanted guest!
- Q:Have any of you had a newer Kirby vacuum cleaner (the one the representatives say cleans all the way to the bare floor) and could you compare it's performance to other quot;storebrands? I'm not really interested in value (I know they are terribly expensive) but want to know if they really do clean as advertised. I moved into a new house with some dirty carpets and a friend of mine offered to let me borrow her Kirby vacuum cleaner with built in carpet shampooer and I want to know how well it will clean. Is the shampooer equal to one I could rent at Wal-Mart or another store? Thanks for the help!
- I have a Kirby that is 18 months old and a Dyson that is about 2 years old. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that shed like crazy. I use the Dyson first (which doesn't clog) which does a great job picking up the hair and then deep clean with the Kirby. I have bad allergies, and using the vacuums this way, I save a fortune on bags for the Kirby and get up far more dust mite droppings than I would otherwise. I thought the Kirby did a pretty good job with its dry foam carpet cleaner, but I also use steam and chemicals for some areas.
- Q:vacuum cleaners?
- well when it sucks up something and it makes that weird noise it's kinda scary. Also when it runs over things you never know what will happen. Just don't stick your hand down there kay?
- Q:Just a couple of the many tips that I have for vacuum cleaners. So, what's the clogger king?HAIRPINS, BOBIPINS! I service vacuum cleaners and the number one thing I find in the hoses of clogged vacuums are the hairpins that end up lodged sideways there because the spinning brushroller underneath the vacuum separates the pin and everything that follows must somehow travel around the pin. It's usually a small piece of cardboard, or a matchbook cover.REMEDY?Get yourself a magnet and skim the floor first. You can also get a magnetic strip that goes across the front of the vacuum online at any vacuum cleaner parts supplier. Now, for the filters.Hepa's CLOG! FAST! The vacuum cleaner manufactures know this and they screw you out of your money. PERIOD!Hoover uses ELECTROSTATIC MEDIA to make their filters. So you know what they do. 99.97%...SO DO THESE:A TEN PACK OF 4X 11ELECTROSTATIC REGISTER VENT FILTERS- cut-STACK-glueCOST?$2.79where? Lowe's in the furnace filter section.
- Thanks for the tips...But I have a 15yr old Kirby and have had no problems with it.....:)
- Q:I wanted to get my mom a vacuum for Christmas, Problem is i don't have a lot of extra money around this time of year. Wanted any suggestions on a NICE, AFFORDABLE, ( somewhere around $100-$125), preferably bag less, with easy to clean filters and filters that are easy to buy in a local store ( Walmart, Kmart) Upright, with no canister. And Maybe one that doesn't require much assembly. THANKS :)
- The Bissel pet models have plenty of power, and a great non electric brush attachment for sofas etc. They are easy to clean and the filters are readily available.
- Q:If pizza hut sells pizza, sunglass hut sells sunglasses why does fingerhut sell vacuum cleaners?
- Why, are you in the market for fingers?
