Galvanized Ringlock Scaffold System
1. Introduction:
Ringlock scaffolding, also called Modular Scaffolding and Multidirectional Scaffolding, the junction enables quick and easy connection of load bearing items as well as reinforcing parts to each other with an enormous rigidity.
Ringlock scaffolding is the new generation product of cuplock sacffolding.The buckle part is a disc which diameter 133mm,and thickness 10mm. Scaffold vertical is a tube of D48*3.5mm which material is Q235/Q345B. On the vertical welded many disc every specific distance ,there is 8 holes on the disc,used to jonit the posts. On the bottom of vertical post is a base collar used to connect the scaffolding and the ground. Ledger is made by a tube with two wedge welded on the ends separately.

- The rail is made of steel plate, the load is 0.11kN/m, the safety net load is 0.0050kN/m2. Under the foot of the small cross bar on the top of the big bar, and a small bar between the main node. Basic wind pressure 0.35kN/m2, height variation coefficient 1.2500, shape coefficient of 1.1280. The standard value of bearing capacity of foundation is 190kN/m2, the basal area is 0.250m2, and the coefficient of bearing capacity is 1.
- Q:i know they are meant to be done as one piercing and with one bar to reduce the risk of them not aligning properly but is it possible to have it done as one piercing and then replacing the bar with two separate ones after it has partially healed. is there still a risk? also, how low down and at what angle should the bar be?thanks x
- They can be done as two separate piercings, and it is up to the piercer and the shape of your ear to decide if something like that will be done. However, I would not recommend it, because even if it is partially healed, putting two separate earrings in can still misalign the piercing when you go to put the bar back in later. I would recommend keeping the bar in, it's a guaranteed way to make your piercing work out. Besides, once you get used to the bar, you won't even know you have it in! Much easier than keeping track of two separate earrings and making sure they still align months down the road. As for the angle, it depends on your preference and what is able to be done due to the shape of your ear. Some people want theirs straight across, others want a much steeper angle. It all depends on preference and shape of ear. Hope this helps, good luck!
- Q:I've had my scaffold piercing for nearly a year now, and on the bottom hole i have a sore red lump on the outside (back of) my ear not in the fold but the back? if you get me?? But its SO sore and its quite red, and i was wondering whether i should pop it? do whatever to it? I've had it for a while now and it does flare up red and painful but then it stops hurting, but it getting on my nerves now and i dunno what to do with it??Thanks :)xx

- you will get your bellybutton pierced or you will get your 2nd ear lobe holes pierced in case you have already got your first ones.. my widespread is the cartilage...I even have my spectacular cartilage pierced and that i like it.. verify you get a small stud nevertheless...you dont wanna seem TOO flashy stable success!!
- Q:Thinking about getting this peircing done next. I got my first and second peircing on my lobes and neither hurt at all to me (like .5 out of 10). How much does industrial hurt out of 10? Is it a similar pain to lobe peircing? Also how long does it take to heal, until you can take it out and sleep on it?
- For me, I'd rate it's pain level at about a 5. Just all depends on how well you tolerate. It's more uncomfortable than getting a lobe piercing, really not that similar. Mine took about about 6-8 months to heal for changing the jewelry, but took like maybe 2-3 months until I was able to sleep on it again. Good luck if you get it.

- From what I've seen what the piercing is called varies from country - in the US/Canada I've heard most people call it an industrial, and the people that have called it scaffold are typically from the UK.
- Q:What is scaffolding in the psychology field?
- I study Psychology but never heard of the term scaffolding. I know a scaffolding is a structure outside of a building used to clean windows and paint walls. But if you're not careful you will fall. So I guess if this is to apply to Psychology it must be an effect in that if one chooses things in life that are dangerous and not really thinking about the consequence of their actions, they are going to fall to their detriment. I guess!
- Q:I'm wanting a scaffold piercing so i can wear it with a bar or 2 rings. Could i get it PIERCED with the 2 rings to begin with or do i have to have a bar for the first few weeks/months?
- Generally a Scaffold piercing is pierced with a needle and a bar runs through both piercings. You can get it done with BCR's, however it would be much more difficult to align the piercings up because of the curvature of the rings. Also the Scaffold can be pierced with PTFE or BIOPLAST, these are both lightweight and flexible and will take the pressure off of the piercing. You can also have the scaffold done with 2 separate Barbells, but the most common way is with one long Scaffold bar. These are usually around 38mm long and 1.6mm thick. Cartilage piercings can take quite a while to heal, anything from 12 weeks to a year to completely heal. If in any doubt, talk to your piercer first about your options.
- Q:I live on the second floor of an apartment building the scaffolding is all around the windows. When the men are working, they are just a few feet away! It's awful. Anyway to find out when this hideous mess will come down?
- Well on every building that has construction on it there's a little section that he paper work and permits all over it ( usually at street level) so I'm going to guess if you can obtain the constructions companies phone number from those paper you can call and ask when the scaffolding is coming down.
