*BeforeJF-3 mixed use with other admixture, it must pass the laboratory test.it can bemixed with other water

concrete engineering.

*JF-3is applicable to concrete construction in the temperature conditions of - 5 ° c- 40 degrees Celsius.

*JF-3isn’t suitable for the cement admixture which is made by anhydrite andfluorgypsum and also unsuitable for

prefabricated part of steam curing

Properties

• Excellent water-reducing ability. JF-3 can significantly reduce 15% ~30% mixing water in concrete

  with 1.5%~3.0% dosage.

• JF-3 can be cooperated to use with good quality of mineral admixture to make C80 high strength concrete.

• Setting time: setting time delay 2-4h.Raise special requirements in the service at pre-sales stage.

Uniformity

Concrete performance with 2.0% dosage by binder mass

Conclusion: the project is in line with retarding index of “Retarders as well as high efficiency water reducing agent”

of DL/T5100-1999.

Recommended dosage

Experiment must be done when changing cement and aggregate type.

Packaging, transport and storage

• Liquid JF-3 is available in sealed plastic or iron tank. Other special package can also be available

  according to prior consultation.

• Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.

• Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of JF-3 is two year under

  normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
