Q:I know that Americans are woefully short of the desired amount of fiber in the dietI have been told by a few people at the gym that Metamucil is an acceptable fiber supplementI know that it is marketed as both a supplement and also as a laxative and the directions for use vary depending on what the intention isI would like to slowly work up to 35 grams of dietary fiber per day (per the suggestion of many nutritionists).Has anyone tried using Metamucil as a supplement? Any good/bad experiences (I know it has to be introduced gradually)My ultimate goal would be to use it (along with exercise) to complete a balanced dietI know that fiber provides a 'full' feeling and reduces the urge to eatI also know that it requires more calories for digestingJust wondering if anyone has given this a try?
If there replaced into even one teeny little bit of grease on the beaters or in the bowl or pan your angel cake will do thisin basic terms before making an agel nutrition cake I consistently wash those issues in very heat waterI as quickly as did this while i replaced into having enterprisei replaced into embarrassed yet I salvaged it by using asserting it replaced into lemon pound cakeI made raspberries for on marvelous of itLOL
Q:Are acrylic weave scarves any good?
If they had used a crane to extract the car from the gravel Lewis would have been 2 or 3 laps down would not have been competitive.
Q:I need some fabric for a job, with sequins already sewed onto the fabricI'd appreciate sites also!
Where To Buy Sequin Fabric
Q:I'm 21, 5'5, and have been stuck at around 160 for monthsMy 160 is also different from most peoples, as it seems to be alot of muscle (in my legs).I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for two hours, running about 3 miles on the treadmill, and various other cardio and weights, or swimming lapsI come home drenched in sweat, and I spend 15 minutes in the sauna post-workout.I eat a vegetarian/vegan diet, organic when possible, and whole grainsI've cut beer and diet soda out of my diet.I drink the daily recommended amount of water. You'd think by now the weight would be falling off of meIt's notI've been fluctuating around 160 for months, and it's water weight pounds lost/gainedWtf is wrong? Also, please do not leave comments regarding my vegetarian/veganismI'm sticking to my choice, and I'll disregard your whole spiel.
Looks like you are doing fine with respect to almost every thingA few things to consider: 1Are eating too much? You might be eating the right stuff but are you eating too much of it? You are 5'5You should not be eating more than 1800-2000 calories2Keep a diary of what you eat (for about 2 weeks atleast)See if you find yourself snacking during the day (It can add obscene amount of calories to your diet)Also if you go off-diet for more than 1 days a week, its not a good thing3Most importantly :) Hang in thereYou can hit a plateau where you will not lose weight for a while but its important to stick with the healthy things you have learntFitness and health should not be a goal, it should be way of lifeGood luck!!
Q:OK SO I HAVE TO HAVE HAIR KINDA LOOK LIKE A PERM FOR TOMORROW BUT I DNT WANNA GET A HOME OR SALON PERM I HAVE BROWN/BLACK HAIR WHICH IS STRAIGHT NOTHING EXSPENSIVE AND TODAY IS THURSDAY AND I NEED TO HAVE MY HAIR LIKE A PERM PUFFY AND STUFF BY FRIDAY (TOMORROW) WHAT DO I DO? GIVE DIRECTIONS IF U CAN PLZZ!!
I have fine, stick straight hair that does nothing and this really works when I want to curl itUse a heat activated styling sprayTwo I have used are ISO thermal set control heat activated styler (purchased at a salon) or Ogilvie Temps heat activated curling spray(purchased at a beauty supply store) and a curling ironTake a small section of hair and lightly mist with the spray, curl with curling ironFollow this process for your whole headLet all the curls cool completely then flip your head and run your fingers through to soften the lookIt takes a while to do this (especially if you have long hair!) but the results are worth itI'm not sure how much of a difference it really makes, but my stylist recommends using a ceramic curling iron to reduce damage to your hair.
Q:We are beginning the process of remodeling a 1990 16x80 mobile homeIt is pretty thrashed, needing floor totally replaced as well as most of the sheet rock on the wallsIt has also lost much of the original insulation, including the insulation that runs underneath the entire mobile home.At the moment I am focusing on insulationWould like to know what the best insulation is for use on a mobile homeIt has been my experience that most mobile homes are very lacking in the area of insulation, and I would like to insulate this mobile home very well.I was told there is a type of insulation that has a built in mesh, that no air can pass throughUnfortunately I do not know what this type of insulation is called so I can check into pricing, but would surely like to know.THX!
Drink plenty of water daily
Q:i was woundering if you saw a drop of box for your local shelter at your local stores, would you donate? things like leashes, collers, dishes, blankets, exci 'm thinking of doing this, i'm just woundering if it would work?
I decided to do that too instead of buying themSince you'll need at least 150, (you might want to get a few more so you and your hubby can eat them later that night or the next night while on your honeymoon) buying flats of strawberries will be the best thing to doThe price is really going to depend on where you live and whether the strawberries have to be shipped very far to your local supermarket, but I would think it would only be between $50 to $75 for that many and the chocolateYou can purchase colored cellophane to wrap them in and tie with ribbon matching your wedding colorsCongrats.
Q:I am making a hooded baby blanket in super bulky yarn and now must attach the quot;hoodquot; It says to sew it but I am not sure howAnd do I use the pastel colored yard I used for the blanket or the white yarn I used for the edging?
Thats going to be a bad snoogie.
Q:I have REALLY thick red hair that is extremely courseI tried using many different products and have had my hair thinned and layered but it still looks frizzy and curly/wavyThe top is wavy and the ends curl a loti have tried straightening it and have used leave-in conditioners but it still looks frizzy and puffyI really want an some sort of emo look that looks good on meAny help would be greatly appreciated.
Not until 105But have you taken some Aspirin or Tylenol? Because that should definitely bring it downIf it doesn't, then maybe go to the doctor's.
