Q:If I put my laptop into hibernation mode, is it okay to disconnect the power cable?
Once you Hibernate your processor and all internal devices are turned off. So its perfectly alright to remove the power cable and actually that’s why it is designed for. What happens when you hibernate is that all your current data are preserved in your hard-disk (that doesn't need power to hold data) and the computer is turned off. When you on the computer, the operating system will load the saved data giving you the exactly same condition as you had before hibernation. The only difference is that the clock has changed :D About the battery wearing-off issue, batteries always discharge and its a unstoppable effect. Thats normal and it is not because of Hibernation. You can just pull down the screen and the laptop is by default ment to sleep. When you sleep a computer data is not preserved in the hard disk and the system is not completely turned off. Here it runs under extremely low power consumption. Its much faster than waking up from a Hybranate. Time to get running: Startup Hibernate Sleep What’s good? It depends on the time. If you just need to stop work for a while uses the sleep function. Else use the hibernate function. If you install new application or some thing like that - restart the computer.
Q:What is the difference between public relations firms and media companies?
What is the lighting type busway ah, long experience. Lighting distribution box dedicated busbar?
Q:When i want to connect two SATA hard drives do I need some power cable on slave or just to connect it with sat?
Of course you will need power, how is it to run without it?
Q:What power cord and SATA cables go with this HDD?
You will need to buy a data transfer cable to connect to the hard drive at one end and onto your motherboard at the other end to carry data to and from the hard drive to your computer. The cable is simply called a SATA cable and they are about 18 inches long or so. They are usually either red, orange, blue or yellow in colour and they are about half an inch wide or so. You can buy them from your local computer store for about $ 4.00 or so Canadian. They do however come with your motherboard (you usually get two of them included in the box when you buy it). For the power end of it you will need to find an empty non-connected Molex connector coming from your power supply unit in the computer. Just simply connect this Molex power supply cable to the hard drive at the back of it where indicated. That is all there is to it. Good luck
Q:where can i get modular power supply cables?
the ability connectors that plug into the slots on a modular power supply at the instant are not conventional -- they're specific to that distinctive style of supply (there would be some standardization for modular PSUs made via a particular producer, yet i does not even be certain approximately that). So, in case you decide on extra cables, you will desire to touch client provider on your style of PSU or examine help boards at their internet site to work out what the technique is for paying for them.
Q:Will i have enough Sata/Power cables?
You only really need one SATA cable, for your HDD/SSD. Even then there are some hard drives that don't take it. Usually, a hard drive comes with the cable/strip included in the box.
Q:How to calculate power cable size, tell me formula?
rated current = 200 amp
Q:question about vid card power cables?
That's right, the power cable is in case your power supply doesn't have a 6-pin power connector. A 300W power supply for a 3850 is cutting it a bit close, but you'll probably get away with it if the rest of your machine is typical. (Typical machines with a 3850 are just under 200W peak. See link.)
Q:Question about power leads and av cables?
There are 3 different power supplies, and 5 different types of Xbox. First is the Xenon/Falcon Xboxes. The power supplies for these work with all Xboxes (excl the Slim) Next are the Opus/Zephyr. The power supplies for these ONLY WORK with these consoles. They have a little plastic pin in the plug so that they wont work in any other type of Xbox Lastly we have the Jasper Xboxes. Again, the power supplies only work with these consoles. Unless you buy a power supply for Generation One xboxes (Xenon/Falcon) then you're not guaranteed to get it to work. TBW
Q:Do I need a S/ATA power Cable ?
the cable is connected to your power supply - you don't get a separate cable with your hdd - usually those power cords have 2+ connectors so just see which one fits (one of them might already be connected to your dvd drive or w/e)
