Rapid Strength Non-shrink Grout

Description
RSNG is a rapid strength, cement-based, nonmetallic, non-shrink grout for supporting machinery requiring precision alignment and quick turnaround.
It provides high early and final strength, excellent substrate adhesion and fluidity. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive product.

Uses
• Non-shrink grouting of structural steel and precast concrete
• Support of tanks and vessels

Application
Calculate the required amount of RSNG before mixing. Ensure RSNG is left to stand for 60 seconds prior to immediate application. This aims to release air which has been introduced during the mixing procedure. Carefully pour the grout down the side of the header box (or in the case of gravity feeding by tube, ensure the funnel not empty during application). Clean all tools with water and brush immediately after use.

Cautions
Cautions should be taken to avoid contact with eyes and skin, both from wet and dry mix. Do not breathe in dust. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, eye protection and barrier cream. Wash thoroughly after handling and properly store any leftover material.

Package & Storage
RSNG is packed in 50kg multi-layer paper bags.
One year in original unopened package when stored in dry conditions. Higher humidity would shorten the shelf life.
