Q:I have a w385 Krzer on Boost Mobile's UNLTD plan. I like the Krzer and all but I'd like a new phone but keep the same number and plan. I was just on their site and was looking at all their phones but there is no option to buy a new phone in replacement of your other. the Krzer w385 does not have a SIM card so I can't but another phone online to swap card into I don't think. You can keep your phone number. If you already have an account with virgin mobile, you're just switching phones (swapping phones). Just log into your account and pick the swap phones option and it will prompt you to follow the directions for the new phone.
