QTZ125 tower crane is hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool and has excellent performance.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the effective amplitude of 50m and the maximum lifting moment of 438kN•m. The tower crane has the lifting height of 29m and the adhesion lifting height of 120m (2 magnification) during independent use.
All the speed indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane has the total installed capacity of 24.9kW, features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many medium-small construction enterprises
The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

- Q:how do they erect those large tower cranes you see on big building projects?
- A tower crane is usually assembled by a telescopic jib (mobile) crane of greater reach (also see self-erecting crane below) and in the case of tower cranes that have risen while constructing very tall skyscrapers, a smaller crane (or derrick) will often be lifted to the roof of the completed tower to dismantle the tower crane afterwards
- Q:How good a job do you think Crane did in voicing the theme of pride/morales in Red Badge of Courage?
- How good a job do _you_ think he did? If this is a homework then your teacher wants _your_ opinion, not that of a stranger on the internet.
- Q:Is there a crane lifting chart where I can enter info. to determine what size crane I need, if so where?
- the 1st answerer, Irv S, is right. You need to call a craning service. They should be able to give an estimate for crane size based on what you tell them. You will need to know what your Load weighs. How high in the air the crane will have to lift it. ....Putting a swimming pool in the back yard is completely different ....than putting that same swimming pool up on top of a 15 story ....building. How close to the Load can the crane park? Or how far you need the LOAD moved. What a crane can lift, even if it a 100 ton crane is based on how far the crane has to reach to pick up the load and how much the crane has to rotate to place the load. The angle the crane boom goes to, etc. Our 15 ton PH crane can lift 30 thousand pounds at 10 feet from the Turning center. And only a 1,000 pounds or less if the boom is fully extended with the Jib on, that is 125 feet away from the turning center of the crane. Distance is critical! They will probably need to see the work site to give a really accurate answer. Wingman
- Q:Lifting tower crane tower more than 45 meters, the demolition cost and how to adjust the field Sinotrans transportation fees?
- Self lifting tower crane tower 45 meters high to prevail, such as height of over 45 meters, each increased to 10 meters (less than 5 meters, excluding) demolition costs increase 20%, off-site transportation costs increased by 10%.
- Q:How did Romans make columns in roman times Without cranes?
- Columns weren't one piece - they were stacked. They had cranes of a type the used human lifting power.
- Q:as the crane cabin temprature is very high which is not good for equipment pls advise which air condition is good for colling
- Ask the Marine Architect that designed the system. A consultation with the electrical engineer and the chief engineer of the vessel and the chief electrician is also necessary.
- Q:If you make 1000 origami cranes is it true that you will get a wish or good luck. This is based on a Japanese myth
- That depends on your wish. If your wish is to have 1000 origami cranes or your wish is that you become really good in folding origami cranes I would think it will come true. But maybe you could also wish for a smile from every stranger you give an origami crane to as a present, you might not even have to wait until you've made 1000.
- Q:How do we build an ELECTROMAGNETIC crane?
- its pretty basic tech, first of all you need a crane then you need to attach an electro magnet, the magnet is comprised of copper cable wound into a circular shape inside an iron casing (it would work just as well on the outside of an iron disk but the cable would be damaged and the magnet would stop working) the more winds the cable has the stronger the magnet, next the two ends of the cable are connected to a power source (negative and positive) turn the power on to activate the magnet turn the power off to deactivate it..... simple really
- Q:Hey, can someone let me know some more about the support cable on the top of most cranes. Eg. material, what different types are out there etc. Thanks
- its called wire rope. Cables are for electricity and TV.
- Q:I live in the upper stairs of this apartment with a huge light right next to the front door, and a bunch of Crane Flies kind of hover around it. So whenever we open the door, some of them come in, and it's a big problem. Especially to a someone like me who's deathly afraid of big bugs.So we want to buy the Raid spray, but we don't know if it would work. The Raid: Ant and Cockroach spray didn't work that well, but that's understandable.sooo anyways, has anyone tried the Flying Insect Raid on Crane flies?
- Crane flies do no harm whatsoever, so what you're proposing will replace the total lack of harm that crane flies do with the potential harm of adding more pesticides to the world, plus the byproducts produced in its manufacture and the garbage the can represents later. Is this really worthwhile? I would suggest you look into getting a yellow bug light, it's quite possible that a different type of bulb than what you're using now might be much less attractive to crane flies. If not, addressing your unreasonable fear of insects would be a safer solution.
