1. Product overview :

 QJ series deep well submersible waterpumps are widely used in farm irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, getting water from well, water supply and drainage system for industrial and civil building, water diversion project in hilly and mountain areas water drainage project in at low-lying areas, water supply and drainage in urban and rural's mining enterprisesand various ther kinds of water conservancy facilities. Its features are that the Motor and pump are assembled into a whole, so that it is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble, easy to use and maintain safe to operate. Otherwise, it covers an small area and does not pollute water.

 

2. Operation parameters :

(1). Flow range : 10-500 m3/h

(2). Lift range : 10-600m

(3). Applicable well diameter : φ175-φ400mm

(4). Diameter scope:φ32—φ203mm;

(5).Temperature range: -15—100°C.

 

3. QJ using condition:

(1) 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%,frequency is 50HZ, three-phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

(2) Motor cavity must be filled with water.

(3) The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface,  pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

(4) The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

(5) Water temperature should be no more than 20°C.

(6) Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

(7) PH value of water 6.5-8.5.

(8) Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

Q:How to connect the household pump capacitor?
1) in a line in the AC220V string into a large light bulb (Bai Chideng), and then the capacitor as shown in figure A, then, that B and C are three terminals; 2) the number of pump motor three lines 1, 2 and 3; 3) A, B, C and 1 2, 3, a total of six kinds of wiring combination: ABC/123, ABC/ 231, ABC/321, ABC213, ABC132 ABC312; 4) you have a a try, if you can turn up, and the fastest start wiring is correct, 5) if not turn up, you have to increase the number of watt bulb, such as 200 watts, 300 watts, 500 watts...... With a few 100 watt parallel one; 6) string into the bulb is designed to prevent the current is too large, it certainly must be removed after determining the connection method; 7) there is no suitable bulb that according to the motor power generation to choose the appropriate insurance.

water pumps sometimes just go. just like most other auto parts the water pump will give little or no notice. get it to a garage quick!!! call around in your local area for the best estimate and go with them. replacement can be somewhat costly depending on your car. don't forget to replace the timing chain at the same time. if your car is close to the 80,000 mile mark the timing chain could go soon. to get to the water pump you remove most of the parts in the front end so you might as well replace the timing chain while you already payed to go that far. timing chains go for around$60-$80. i replaced my own in a truck a few years ago ,so take my advice and do both if you plan on keeping your car. i'm from n.h., we have alot of deer related accidents. i hope he was tasty!!!
Q:What would happen if you combined two water pumps?
GPM would double assuming you don't try to push more water through the hose than it can handle. Pressure you can control by squeezing down on the hose. They are related V1 * P1 = V2 * P2 V = volume P = Pressure
Q:How do I calculate the power of the pump?
Power P (kw) =9.81*Q (second cubic meter) *H (head, unit m) / efficiency;The efficiency can be found on the pump nameplate or sample.This is the rated power, if the head down, the flow increases, the power will increase, so the actual motor power is often much larger than this calculation.Generally buy pumps are equipped with motors, manufacturers can refer to the same model or similar models of motor power.
Q:A few questions about a water pump?
does your van have a 3.0,3.3 or 3.8 litre engine? If it is a 3.0 liter engine then the job involves removing the timing belt. Book time is 4.5 hrs. The other two engine is much simpler, only 1.0 hr to replace the water pump. So since most garages charge about $100/hr it will cost you $450 and $100 respectively. Also it would be wise to change the thermostat and flush the system at the same time. That would be an extra 1.4 hrs or $140. Note: the serpentine belt has to be removed to do this job, so if it is worn replace it. There should be no extra labor, just parts cost.
Q:1972 chevelle just replaced the water pump because of worn shaft bearing and now my car is making a whining?
wow i loved my 72 chevelle! this kind of noise usually happens when one of the belts is not aligned properly. or one of the pulleys is not angled right. but if you didn't have the noise before i would suggest taking the belt on the water pump off and running the car briefly, if the noise goes away you've narrowed it to the water pump and its belt. sometimes though new pumps are noisy till they break in so this noise may go away after a while. enjoy that car. i hope this helps john
Q:How do I remove the fan and pulleys from in front of the water pump on a 1985 Ford F150?
take bolts and nuts off of fan and take off , might have to pry because of rust , corrosion . then take bolts out of the water pump , once all bolts are out , tap with rubber hammer or pry by hand, pump will separate , because of close quarters with radiator be careful not to damage radiator by accidentally hitting it
