1. Product overview :

QJ series deep well submersible waterpumps are widely used in farm irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, getting water from well, water supply and drainage system for industrial and civil building, water diversion project in hilly and mountain areas water drainage project in at low-lying areas, water supply and drainage in urban and rural's mining enterprisesand various ther kinds of water conservancy facilities. Its features are that the Motor and pump are assembled into a whole, so that it is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble, easy to use and maintain safe to operate. Otherwise, it covers an small area and does not pollute water.

Q:My car is overheating could it be a bad water pump?
Water pumps have no protection so over time they rust, as do other underhood parts. NEVER replace any part 'till you KNOW the problem. You need to visit a RADIATOR SHOP and have your radiator looked at. Water pumps don't cause overheating, radiators do.
Q:Kia Sorrento 2003 water pump issue?
Timing Belt has nothing to do with the water pump on my car.. Not sure about Kia.. Running a car without coolant and overheating will wreck the water-pump and possibly crack / warp the head..
Q:Why does the pump head decrease when the pump flow rate increases?
First of all, the power of the pump is determined by the motor. When the power is certain, work must be done. According to w=mgh, the flow determines mg, the head is h, you think, if the flow rate is large, is the head smaller?. This is theoretical, and at the same time, you see, the water pump characteristic curve can also see that the flow rate increases, the corresponding smaller head.
Q:Why is the water pump smaller than the pipe diameter?
The size is only a matter of convenience or experience, and a small number of tubes are already available. As long as you can pick it up, you can use it.The so-called thick pipe to reduce resistance is a certain relationship. But it shouldn't be your decision to choose the big one. Then why don't you choose the big three? Four or the thicker ones?! @! The resistance will be smaller!!!!- - - - - - - - - - - - - - layman; look at the knowledge of fluid mechanics!!!The question is a conclusion, explain why not one or two words, learn the knowledge of fluid mechanics to know why -- try to answer it, that is to improve the water pump outlet total pressure head, intuitive feeling is to have enough pressure to pump out the water pressure. As for the big three or four, it is necessary to ensure that the flow velocity in the pipe is more uniform, otherwise the flow near the pipe wall will flow or flow too slowly due to viscous action.
Q:engine doesnt pump water?
Check d suction line 4 any chokes, prime d pump if necessary, check discharge line 4 any chokes, And it depends where u have kept the pump...if it is below d head, ur pump may nt pump bcz it might nt have dat capacity to take suction. Also check d impeller and the glands bcz if it is a priming p/p and the glands leak, u will not be able to prime as the water will leak thru the glands.... Hope dis will help u out
Q:Well Water/Pump Problem?
The pump has a capacitor start motor. Electrolytic capacitors fail. The capacitor is not physically down the well with the motor though, just electrically connected. There should be a pump control box on your wall somewhere with a pump shut off lever on the side, some relays and a large motor start capacitor hidden inside the box. Kill the main power, open the box, remove the capacitor and replace it with a new one with the same number on it. You can get them at any pump supply place, or even just order it on the internet. I recommend taking a picture first for reassembly if you can't understand the schematic on the inside of the box. Sometimes electrolyte from the bulged out old cap obliterates the schematic anyway, so having a pic is a good idea. Look on the internet for motor start caps if you can't figure out which item it is.
Q:water pump impeller shredded?
never, ever run it dry. Make sure there is enough water in it, especially when you first put everything back together. Massage the hoses and keep filling it. Try to get all the air bubbles out before you start it. A bad water pump quickly, very quickly, leads to a bad head gasket. So a $300 job turns into a $1200 job in a matter of minutes.
Q:98 Toyota Camry water pump replacement?
If you are going to do this, have him buy a book at the auto parts store.
Q:Water pump is not Sheung reason
You should look at the suction port of the pump, there is no check valve, if there is water will not flow back to the pump bodyIf the pump is not water and not bad, the main reason is that the pump does not flush water, or suction pipe into the air
Q:Replace water pump in a 1999 mitsubishi eclipse gs?
1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX New Estimate » Near zip 92010 Estimated price range for your repair $535 - $841 Estimate Includes: Labor: $442 - $564 Parts: $93 - $277 Coolant 2 Hose Clamps Water Pump Water Pump Gasket Estimates exclude applicable taxes, diagnostic charges, disposal fees, and miscellaneous expenses. About this Repair: Water Pump Replacement for your 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX Best Practices When replacing the water pump, the drive belts may need to be removed. The belts should be replaced if they show signs of wear. The entire cooling system—including all the coolant hoses and fittings, radiator, coolant fan(s), and fan clutch (if equipped)—should be inspected when replacing the water pump. To help prevent future issues, we recommend replacing the thermostat when the cooling system has been opened for repairs (e.g. water pump or radiator replacement) or during a system flush. Common Symptoms Water pumps require replacement if they begin to leak coolant or become noisy. Leaking water pumps can result in damage to the drive and timing belts. A failed water pump can be caused be problems in the cooling system, such as a failing thermostat, radiator, or head gaskets. » Learn more about Water Pump Replacement
