Yeah I am big into tragic romances especially during that era. I also vote for burning at the stake. I mean just the concept of fire consuming them as passion did invokes such empathy and sadness. Also since it is not a quick execution think of what you can do to prolong the execution. They will be able to hear each others agony and they can say their i love yous as their dying words. Romantic, tragic, it would rock!
