Q:Can plastic tubes be customized with color?
Yes, plastic tubes can be customized with color.
Q:What is the white plastic water pipe material commonly used in engineering?
The core layer foamed pipe is a new type pipe made of three layers coextrusion technology. Its inner and outer two layers are the same as those of ordinary UPVC, and the middle is low foaming layer with relative density of 0.7 ~ 0.9. The tube length of unit length can be reduced by about 17%UPVC, and the insulation and sound insulation performance of the pipe are improved.
Q:For some tuning fork frequencies is it possible to hear resonance at more than one length of the plastic tube? Why?
Because the tube might be long enough to reflect the third harmonic( if it is a tube closed at one end ). It is easier to find the 2nd resonance with the higher pitched tuning forks.
Q:One tube is made of copper, the other from plastic. From which tube will the magnet emerge first? Why?
plastic because there is no magnetic field to provide resistance.
Q:does anyone have any ideas on how i can hide my plugs
put a plant in front of it....or you can get a low table. almost like a coffee table that you can put things like picture frames, or DVD player etc. on and that should hide it too
Q:Does the bass get bigger or smaller when you have a bigger or smaller plastic tube that goes in your subwoofer box
Yes. The plastic tube is called a 'Port'. Its length and diameter are calculated to allow the speaker enclosure to breathe correctly. When music is playing, the speaker travels outwardly AND inwardly. When it moves it compresses air in the box. The compressed air actually restricts the movement of the speaker cone. This will affect the speakers response, especially at sub frequencies. So, the tube is designed to allow air to escape from the box thereby limiting air compression in the box. They are tuned to both the speaker and the box. If you remove the tube you can expect to hear undesirable speaker 'Waffling at high volume levels. Experiment for yourself. Remember, you may not notice much difference at low volume levels. Once you increase the volume and get the box really working, you will definitely notice a difference.
Q:How are plastic tubes stored to prevent damage?
Plastic tubes are typically stored in a vertical position and organized in racks or bins to prevent damage. Additionally, they may be protected by placing caps on both ends or using dividers to separate them and avoid any potential crushing or bending.
Q:Something that can coil up.
Any large hardware store should have it. I've seen it at Ace Hardware in a variety of sizes.
Q:I have to make it for an invention product for school, and I need a good name that relates.
Tidy laces !
Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for structural applications?
No, plastic tubes are generally not suitable for structural applications as they lack the necessary strength and durability compared to materials like steel or concrete.
