Q:Recommend a Remote Control?
It will be more than $50 but the Harmony Logitech remotes are known to handle a huge number of devices. Mine is a few years old but it has the skip forward/back/pause/record/etc buttons to control our DVR. At one time it controlled our standard def Sat DVR and the HD cable box DVR as well. These remotes often have extra keys so you can assign one of these for your On Demand button. But they run about $120 - but well worth the price.
Q:A photography question: Which point-and-shoot digital cameras have a remote shutter control?
Digital cameras remote controls are used to release the shutter on a camera rather than the photographer pressing the shutter button. There are two types of digital camera remote controls: cable or wireless systems. To eliminate camera shake, remotes are used along with a tripod or other camera support. Basic remote controls have a single button which lets you trigger the shutter at your command. More sophisticated and expensive remotes not only release the shutter but control zoom settings, time-interval shooting, playback and turn the LCD on and off. Some remotes even include a small, built-in LCD that displays information such as camera mode and the number of frames to be captured. Digital camera remote controls are especially useful when taking long telephoto and close-up shots, time exposed pictures and when using a bulb setting. Tip: check the battery compartment cover as soon as you receive the remote, even if the remote works. Some covers can be very difficult to slide open. Make sure yours is okay while you have time to return it if necessary.
Q:how can or can i use the steerin wheel remote control with my new stereo?
Yeah it can be done, but you need a 'Control Stalk' cable (the name may vary! I've come across a few names for these cables). Basically, there was a cable which connected from your steering wheel to your old stereo (which allowed you to control it), and now there is nothing to connect this cable to your new stereo. So what you need it: A control stalk specific for your car (Renault Clio 05for example) and then a Kenwood control stalk adapter. The car-specific cable will plug in to the existing cable which once plugged in to your old stereo, and the Kenwood cable will plug in to your Kenwood headunit. You will then connect these 2 cables together and hey presto!
Q:Car issue: Is this a mechanical problem or something else?
speedometer is controlled by a sensor located on the tranny, fix that and the dial should quit bouncing around. as for the vacuum leak, take soapy water and spray it around your intake manifold, any connections that penetrate the manifold and all accessories attached to it. then inspect all hoses that are vacuum related. also there could be a vacuum leak in the gas tank, some cars are equipped with sensors on the tank. also note that the speedometer may be cable controlled, in which case just replace the cable- easier said than done.
Q:Where to buy a Sony CD changer control cable for older player?
just go to Best buy or target
Q:Home improvement of the threading tube is not long how to pick up
Only 400W. Not enough words directly change the power of a large point on it.
Q:Bass control for stock stereo?
Well the stero its self has A bass volume controll but that is for the whole car Not the Sub alone They do have amps Now where it has a Sub bass volume controll on it you may want to check into one of those
Q:97 ex500 Throttle Cable?
I guess you have them connected to the carb already so i wont elaborate on that part, loosen the locking nuts on bottom of control switch; carefully remove phillips head screws on back to open the control switch, Carefully! you must remember how and where each cable lays! Replace one cable at a time; remove it from the throttle sleeve feed it down thru the opening on the bottom, feed the new one up around the sleeve channel. do the same with the other cable, the hardest part is getting the switch back together. once back together, twist the thottle to check the pull and snap-back (Bike turned Off) to determine if any other adjustments are needed. If you have taken it apart aready and it is in pieces, what i have wrote will not help you and a manual will not tell you or give a diagram on how to do this, i found zero on the internet so you may have to take it to a dealer to have it put back together properly.
Q:What is the cable connecting the ignition switch and the gear selector called?
Safty interlock cable or park lock cable
Q:What is the meaning of the cable 3 * 1 * 0.8?
