Q:What do you think are Iron Maiden's best songs?: If I see the light from a good distance and have lots of time to stop, I usually go down through the gears releasing the clutch for each and allowing engine compression to do its job. Saves on brake pads. If there's not a lot of time to react, I just pull in the clutch and keep it pulled in while the brakes do their job. Is it weird to get clothes off ebay?: To get the wrinkles out and not shrink the clothes, run them in the dryer for only a few minutes, take them out damp and hang them immediately. Hang them from the shower rod to dry. Ironing does not shrink or fade clothes, but you can scorch cotton or melt polyester if the setting is too high. I've bought and sold stuff on OKorder since 2000. And thrift stores longer than that. I wash everything I buy as soon as I get home, whether it's new or not. I've worked in retail stores and I've seen what happens to clothes before they get to the sales floor.

Q:Every time I iron one side of a shirt, the other side gets affected and ironing one side causes the other side to wrinkle. How do you iron properly?: If you're ironing the whole thing at once it generally won't work. Pull the shirt over the end of the ironing board (like the board is wearing it) and that should eliminate wrinkles. Rotate it as needed, and if you spritz it with water that helps even more with helping the shirt stay wrinkle free.

Q:Or was the iron before the toaster? Who invented them and when?: The electric toaster was invented in the U.S.A. in 1926, the Iron has been around since the mid 1800's, but the electric iron I can't find but I'm betting it was first. I have a book called Great events of the 20th century, and that is how I know about the toaster.
