Definition of  Good Quality Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement

It is a kind of aluminate cement wrought material based upon calcium aluminate, it is called Aluminate cement when it has been finegrinded to hydraulicity cementing material, its code is CA. When the cement has a grinded Al2O3 content of above 68%, it can be added with appropriate amount of α-Al2O3 powder as requirement.

Type of Good Quality Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement

Aluminate cement can be classified into four kinds by Al2O3 content:

CA-50, CA-60, CA-70,CA-80

Application of Good Quality Pure Calcium Aluminate Cement

It can be used to formulate unshape refractory material; expansive cement, self-stressing cement, addition material of chemical construction material and projects with special requirements.

Q:what are some pro and cons
Cement counter tops are more expensive than Granite, per square foot. Very labor intensive to build. You then need a good sealer and need to be careful about stains.
Q:I'm really into polymer clay charms making. I want to make flexible molds, but i don't want to spend $$ on buying the mold putty and stuff. I tried silicone once but i don't like it. Im wondering if you make molds using rubber cement, would it work?
No, it wouldn't. Simply because rubber cement truly dries by evaporation. Other mold making materials cure, which is different. You'd need to coat your model many, many times and let it dry thoroughly in between, and even then it's not made for the job. It's awfully soft. Maybe it could be done, but in the end it would be inferior and probably not any cheaper. One coat of cement will be like a sheet of paper, in thickness, after it dries. Maybe less. Spring for the molding compounds and make your life easy.
Q:The factory was established this month, not yet officially produced, is now renovated workshop. More
Can be divided into three categories: machine materials, inorganic materials (metal, non-metallic), composite materials.
Q:I am just curious, if I were to use 6 inches of reinforced concrete, making a 'domed tunnel' 100 feet long, how much weight would it be able to support on top? I know a dome can take a lot of weight, but what would be the math formula for figuring this out?Reinforcement would be 5/8quot; steel re-bar creating a skeletal structure to inject cement into and around.
To get the math done for this you would need the math and or engineering sections. They would also need the psi rating of the concrete and the diameter of the tunnel. Chances are six inches would only be thick enough for a small tunnel.
Q:I am in UZbekistan. We need to buy G class cement but we dont have such a brand name locally. So I would like to know what are the parameters of G class cement as we might have such a cement produced locally but it might have dofferent classification name.

Q:So I am doing a little project outside. I need to connect a pvc pipe to a rubber hose. water will be flowing between these two. I am going to use some sort of sealent along with a clamp thingy but wondering what type of sealent should i use. Is there a particular one should i use?
you can use sealant if you want, but a hose clamp will work fine by itself. i've done this many times and the connection doesn't come apart or leak.
Q:Okay, I have some 4quot;PVC to 2quot;PVC reducer, a 4quot; PVC tank/endcap, and a ball valve. It is going to be under a lot of pressure (70-100PSI), this is my first time bonding PVC so what should i do in steps? I heard PVC Primer then Cement it together. Anything else?
I agree with Corky.... primer, then cement (don't be shy with it), then as you put the two parts together twist 1/4 to 1/2 turn until they are completely together.... And by the way standard PVC is schedule 40 and the pressure rating is well over 100psi... as long as there are no temperature extremes. Good luck with the project.
Q:gieve the perfect ratio separately for walls, concretes..
I would use gravel and sand. For a 1 cubic yard concrete mix, use the following: 600 lbs cement 1250 lbs gravel 1650 lbs sand 45 gallons water (about 375 lbs) If you have to use all sand, then just use a 5:1 ratio and use a water to cement ratio of about .6 (6 lbs water to 10 lbs cement) This will put you at about 3000 psi. Don't add too much water as your strength will drop a bunch. Easier way: Just call the local concrete batch plant and ask for 3000 psi concrete. I would also call a local engineering firm to send someone out to take some concrete samples to make sure you get what you ordered. It'll cost a couple hundred bucks for the concrete tests, but it's worth it if you are building a house which will cost tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Q:I can see the cracks in the basin of the birdbath and when I fill the bath, there is a slow leak which drains the birdbath in about 1/2 hour. Is there some non-toxic way to fix the cracks?
Empty it out and let it dry for a few days since it is cement. You can go to the store and get some ready creat and mix it up and smooth it over the areas that are cracked to repair it. So that it will seal off the area. Or you can try this. Empty it and let it dry get some aquarium cement and put it on the cracks to fill them up. It is non toxic since it's used in fish tanks all the time. I really think the ready creat cement is a better idea since it is cement after all.
