Product Description:

1.Bried Introduction:

1).Colr steel is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.

2).The base metals for color steel consist of cold rooled. HDG lectro-galvanized and hot-dip alu-zinc coated steel. The finish coats for color tels can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicon modiied polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc.

3).The production process has evolved from one-coating-and-oe-baking to double-coating-and-double-baking, and even three-coatig-and-three-baking.

4).The color of the color steel has a very wide selection, like orange, creamcolored, dark sky blue, sea blue, bright red, ivory white, procelain blue, etc.

5).The color teels can also be classified into groups by their surface textures, namely regular prepainted sheets, embossed sheets and printed sheets.

Q:How lighter than steel is carbon fiber?
by 6L8
Q:Are cold steel swords durable?
Yes. Cold Steel is a great company with a quality product, and I've always been happy with their work. Their katanas, while not made in the traditional method, are heavy duty carbon steel and should handle abuse well. I'd recommend them based on my experience with other Cold Steel products.
Q:How can the outer diameter and weight of steel coil be converted?
Of course, the calculation is relatively coarse, and the volume has a lot to do with the tension.
Q:Will carbon steel knives stick to a magnetic knife strip?
Yes, carbon steels are magnetic. In fact, some stainless steel knives are magnetic as well. Some stainless steel alloys are naturally magnetic and some become magnetic when they are deformed by forging or rolling (check out a deep drawn SS sink and explore where it is magnetic and where it isn't). Depending on the details, some carbon steels can be made harder than the stainless steel typically used for knives (440 alloy) but the carbon steel knives are very much more likely to suffer corrosion. hope this helps
Q:Where can you get a thick sheet of steel?
Try a local Fastenal store, they can order it for you by the sheet. If that doesnt help, then try a welding or fabricating store.
Q:Are a guys balls really made out of steel?
Yes, sometimes the steel is hot, and sometimes it is cold. The important thing is that both of you know what you are talking about and focus to the specific thing. If the steel ball is hot all the times, then it is the time to pack your things and to consider to find another balls. Conclusion: your guys balls are not made of *real* steels. Hope it is helpful. PS. If you lick steels, it has metallic taste.
Q:What are the components of Stainless Steel?
The basic ingredient is from 11%-30% chromium, however in many stainless steels nickel or manganese are important secondary ingredients. There are two basic types of stainless steels: 1)austenitic stainless steels, and 2)ferritic stainless steels. In austenitic SS the important ingredients are Chromium and Nickel. (Chromium and manganese are occasionally use instead of nickel.) It's important to note that many austenitic SS's contain almost no carbon, so by some definitions they are not steel at all but iron/chromium/nickel alloys. the additions of nickel (or manganese) actually changes the crystal structure of the iron, so the properties of these types are quite different from normal carbon steels. Austenitic SS have very good to excellent corrosion resistance, and fairly good heat resistance. In ferritic stainless steels, the important ingredients are chromium and carbon. Ferritic stainless steels have markedly greater strength than austentitic types. However since they contain less chromium than austenitic types they are only moderately corrosion resistant and are much less heat resistant. Without the addition of nickel and/or manganeese adding more than about 20% chromium tends to make the steel brittle. Most stainless steel is melted under an inert argon atmosphere in an airtight furnace. Melting stainless in open air would preferentially oxidize the chromium, forming slag which would float to the surface of the steel, thus reducing the chromium content. Chromium also tends to react with nitrogen in the air at high temperatures, exposure to nitrogen tends to cause brittleness in stainless steels. As long as the manufacturer keeps careful control of the composition of the metal and the level of impurities during melting, stainless is endlessly recyclable.
Q:Do any of you teens out there know what a Steel Guitar is?
i play acoustic, but i have tried to play a steel guitar before, my cousin has one. (:
Q:Does steel have a valence?
Steel is a mixture, so it doesn't have any valence number. On the other hand, all of the components of the steel mixture are in their elemental forms, so all the various valences are zero.
Q:How to sharpen a steel strip?
Bench grinder, Dremel Hand Grinder
