Product Description:

PPGI:

1, Introduction: Color coated steel coils(sheets), i. e. PPGI, also called prepainted steel coils(sheets), are made of galvanized steel coils(sheets) with polymer coatings as surface. It's a new enclosure material and building board with characteristics of light-weighted, heat preserved&insulated, easily installed with bright colors.

2, Production Process: Pretreatment(Degreasing)_Drying_Chromating_Paint Basic Oil_Cooling_Drying_Color Coating_Cooling_Film-covering_Rolling Up

3, Characteristics:
Good at corrosion resistence. Besides zinc coating of the basic plate of galvanized steel sheet, the color coating as the surface has double lifetime to ensure better anticorrosion effect.

with excellent cold bending molded manufacturablity, PPGI products can be processed or directly used as final product. As being light-weighted and conveniently transported, they're widly used to replace wood to save energy.

There're thousands of colors can be chosen as per different application. Any color plays well in decoration.

No pollution with high recycling rate, PPGI coils and sheets are strongly recommended as enviroment-friendly products by the government.

4, Appliance: Thanks to the above characteristics, color coated steel coils and sheets are widly used in construction, furniture industry, transportation industry, ect.

5, eye bands and 4 circumferential bands in steel, galvanized metal fluted rings on inner and outer edges, galvanized.

Q:how to tell the difference between steel and nylon strings?
The g-string will look and feel thicker than usual, and the strings will look almost like copper.
Q:How to play Broken steel in Fallout 3?
It is because Broken Steel doesn't add a new quest. It continues the main story. Once you beat the game, you will see. There is nothing wrong with it.
Q:is 2062(code) for steel structure?
IS-2062-92 STEEL IS FOR GENERAL STRUCTURAL PURPOSES. Fe410 is the specification of IS2062-1999. For properties and for more , please click: stainless-steel.in/productspeci3....
Q:Quick ... Does fire burn steel?
It can burn it... but not the sort of fire you would find at home... Ive actually done it before in a silversmithing class with a very hot blow torch. It takes a long time, the metal first goes pink, then glowing orange red... it stays that way for a while, and then 'cracks' kind of loudly and basically disintergrates very suddenly. A torch this hot has a very hard (noisy) flame which is very transparent. But you cant burn it in the fireplace.
Q:What type of metal is T10 tool steel?
Carbon Tool Steel usually in the form of forged bar stock. Steel Grades for tool steel can be any of the following (depending on the application) T10/1.1645 SK3/SK4/W1A-91/2/ TC105/y10/1880/BW1B T10A/1.1545/y10A/1880 Standards are published by: DIN, JIS, ASTM, AISI, BS, SS, ISO, TOCT, GB Doug
Q:i need help about stainless steel?
Weathering steel will rust, but the rust will be adherant and not flake off and be replaced by new rust. Therefore once it rusts it will pretty much stop rusting any more. One (severe) down side is that anything around it will be streaked with rust stains and it will look awful. Some bozo with the Texas Department of Transportation designed a number of freeway interchange overpasses here in Houston using Cor-Ten steel and all of the concrete supports are streaked with red rust stains and it looks like hell. Cameron built an office building here in Houston with a Cor-Ten facade and it is streaked with rust too. They should have gone ahead and spent the money and painted them, but they didn't.
Q:What types of ammo can penetrate 1/2 inch steel plate ?
I'd place my bet on a 155mm though you can't go wrong with the 8 inch. All steel plates are not necessarily same strength. It all depends on the molecular make up of each steel plate. Some can be strengthened and others are somewhat weaker.
Q:Does stainless steel turn brown or bronze?
First check if the Stainless Steel is solid or just some base metal plated with SS. SS has many SAE steel grades(304,316,316L,etc) but in general most will not rust if you do not immerse in sea/salt water over long period. Some can tone to grey over time but IMO that will only add more aesthetic value to the necklace. Yes, you can shower wearing SS because sometimes I also do that wearing my SS dive watches.
Q:Is Steel crystalline in its makeup?
Steel is made of billions, trillions of very small crystals. This is true of most metals. In order to see the crystal structure of steel, you usually need to cut a sample of it, grind and polish the cut face smooth, then etch the steel with a mixture of nitric acid and alcohol. Without polishing and etching the crystals aren't visible- it just looks like smooth solid metal. Also, in most cases the crystals are small enough that you need a microscope to see them clearly after etching.
Q:Steel mine question help!!!?
There's no such thing as a Steel mine - steel is made from various raw materials (and now recycled metals). These materials may be mined separately and then combined at a steel mill - but steel is made, not mined. Steel, depending on what final characteristics they're trying to develop (strength, hardness, finish , etc.) can be comprised of iron, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nickel, chromium, etc. in varying quantities.
