Product Description:

Painting steel is the product based on the metal sheet, of which surface is finally installed of the plastic film(PVC, PE) IN addition to being firstly covered with the coating and printed ink in. The coated layer of painting steel plate consists of chemical and filming layer, primer coated layer, pattern printed layer and surface coated layer. The top and back coating shall generally be the weatherproof paint, as well can be the application of the paint with special capabilities such as stain-resistant, self cleaning capability, high thermal resistance, antistatic capability, sterilizing capability, finger-print prevention and etc.

With GI(aluzinc) as base metal, after pretreatement(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color, then after firing and cooling, finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized (aluzinc)steel. Pre-painted galvanized steel is good capable of decoration, molding, corrosion resistance. It generally displays superior workability, durability and weather resistance.

Q:1. What has a higher bending strength: stainless steel 304 or chrome vanadium steel?
Steel Bending Strength
Q:What is lighter, stronger, and cheaper to buy? Carbon Fiber or High Tensile Steel?
In terms of strength/weight ratio then carbon fiber is excellent. However in terms of strength/cost then steels is better. With strength/weight then you save money in the long run (less fuel usage) but with strength/cost ratio you save money immediately when the car is made. So it's a complex tradeoff that has to do with your time-value of money.
Q:How can the outer diameter and weight of steel coil be converted?
To obtain the outer diameter of the steel coil is calculated according to the density of 7850, according to the density, in general, hot-rolled is 0. 96~0, 98, cold rolled, according to 0. 98~0. Ninety-nine
Q:Ways to damage steel?
There are plenty of ways to damage/weaken steel... shear or tensile force, fatigue, temperature, corrosion, grinding, etc... there are even dozens of ways to do each of the things I just listed. But in the case you suggested, with the steel being very close to skin... a simple pair of bolt cutters would probably be the easiest.
Q:Are scandium revolvers as durable as steel?
You know, I've kind of wondered about that too. Admittedly Scandium is a rather durable material, no contest there... but from the perspective of a machinist who has played with said Scandium in the past... it seems to *flake* on the blanchard grinders... hell, even fly cutting it acts kinda weird. I like steel because it's predictable, it has a fatigue point that is predictable... and when that fatigue point is met (limits of elastic modulus met by repetitive stress/strain exertions) it's fairly obvious. You get cracking, warping, and sometimes stretch marks... (yes, you can get *stretch marks* on steel). Scandium... I don't know. I don't know if it'll start cracking when it finally fatigues... or if it'll just let go all at once. Anyways, I don't think I'd worry too much about your revolver. It'll hold up I'm very sure (they've been around for years and people have put many, many rounds through them). Call me odd, but I'm a fan of steel. It's conventional, inexpensive (relatively speaking), and utterly durable.
Q:quality of steel ..................!!?
The quality of the alloy can be very well be judged by its appearance and lustrous surface. The more luster on the surface the more refine will the steel be. To judge its tenacity and endurance, the alloy can be subjected to a series of procedures involving stress and shock. There are many more scientific methods of measuring the quality of the alloy such as texture measurement technique etc are also employed. In layman’s term the quality can be measured by the hardness of surface, brightness and smoothness of the surface and absence of any depressions or troughs.
Q:Divide elements of an alloy (Stainless Steel)?
All you have to do is heat the alloy. Since an alloy is a physical mixture heating will be able to separate the different elements according to their melting point. All elements have their own unique melting point.
Q:Fireproofing structural steel?
I didn't know they fire proofed steel. Usally they would just use a steel with a higher melting point.
Q:Painting Stainless Steel......?
I've also learned something today! Good luck and have fun!
Q:Fallout 3 broken steel question?
If I can remember right (SPOILER) you have to beat the game and instead of dying you just pass out and wake up with the brother hood of steel.
