Product Description:

Painting steel is the product based on the metal sheet, of which surface is finally installed of the plastic film(PVC, PE) IN addition to being firstly covered with the coating and printed ink in. The coated layer of painting steel plate consists of chemical and filming layer, primer coated layer, pattern printed layer and surface coated layer. The top and back coating shall generally be the weatherproof paint, as well can be the application of the paint with special capabilities such as stain-resistant, self cleaning capability, high thermal resistance, antistatic capability, sterilizing capability, finger-print prevention and etc.

With GI(aluzinc) as base metal, after pretreatement(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color, then after firing and cooling, finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized (aluzinc)steel. Pre-painted galvanized steel is good capable of decoration, molding, corrosion resistance. It generally displays superior workability, durability and weather resistance.

Q:Steel Cut Oatmeal vs Old Fashioned?
Steel Cut Oats Steel-cut oats are whole oat kernels cut into small chunks rather than being smashed flat as in oatmeal. This gives the oats more of a chew texture and also slows both cooking time and digestion time. That means that they have a lower glycemic index and are thus preferable for increasing satiety, lowering the insulin response to the meal, and keeping blood sugar levels from peaking. This also results in delaying hunger so a person is less likely to snack or get overly hungry before the next meal. Here is how I like to cook oats for breakfast. Ingredients 1/2 cup Dry steel cut oats 1 cup Water (You may want a little more than a cup, experiment to your liking) 2 T Raisins (optional or replace with chopped dried apricots etc.) 2 T Ground flax meal (optional, but high in healthy n-3 fatty acids and fiber) Salt to your taste (try Lite salt to lower sodium intake) 2T Sunflower seeds or almonds 1 cup Fresh berries or a banana Directions Heat water to a boil. While water is heating, add the salt, raisins, and flax meal. When the water boils, add the steel cut oats. Stir once. Turn heat down to simmer and cook covered for 7-8 minutes. Provides two small servings. Double for large servings or small servings for 4 people. Serve and eat while hot. Add soy milk or low fat milk. Slice fresh fruit on top to add extra flavor. My wife likes banana slices. I like fresh berries, peaches, or sugar free applesauce. For extra crunch sprinkle almonds or sunflower seeds on top.
Q:is steel flexible?
Yes, looking at it from an engineering standpoint. Depending on it's shape it can be used for many applications where flexibility is important. Steel springs for example, or guitar strings. Whenever you're debating these kinds of matters, it is important to keep in mind that the use of a material depends on the shape, the size and the weight it's going to be used in. A big block of steel will be used in a different manner as a piece of steel wire.
Q:What grade of steel is best for a permanent magnet ?
This page on spark test tells how to use a grinding wheel to get a rough idea of what you've got. Includes drawings of sparks for magnet steel;
Q:Steel and Graphite shafts?
Actually it isnt so much whether its steel or graphite, although in the past steel was stiffer as a rule. Today many graphite shafts (depending on the shaft manufacturer) are in fact stiffer then some steel shafts. IE proforce XS vs true temper R You also have to look at the kick point in the shaft. The kick point is where the shaft bends at moment of impact. My shafts are tipped lower because I custom made them that way because I typically hit the ball low to begin with. High kick point means lower ball flight and lower means a higher flight. Also different brands have different stiffness' some regular shafts you'll find feel stiffer then other stiff shafts. the only way to tell if its the shaft is to have all the same shafts installed with the same kickpoint hope this helps
Q:Can you use steel strings on a classical guitar?
NO ! NO! NO! Do not put steel strings on a classical guitar!! The increased tension can actually damage the guitar by causing the top to warp and can eventually pull the bridge right off of the guitar! I have seen it happen more than once! Ignore the other post, they are wrong! Classical guitars are designed to use nylon strings only!
Q:Question about steel type used in bridges.?
Do you mean galvanized steel?
Q:Are steel doors insulated?
Steel doors are insulated, but will feel cold in the winter.Feel all around the door weather stripping area and the seal at the bottom of the door to see if air is getting in.
Q:Can steel go inside sun with carbon..?
Hi: okorder.com/
Q:will a stainless steel gun rust?
Stainless steel does not rust. But your Stainless Barrel is not true stainless steel. True stainless steel is a mix of steel and chrome, and the chrome has a certaion percentage of the overal weight.. But a Stainless barrel does not contain enough chrome to be true stainless, so it can rust.
Q:why use steel-reinforced concrete?
Steel is strong in both tension and compression. No Steel is strong in tension. Under compression it will bend. Example. Take a steel cable. stretch it (Ok you cant) Now compress it. it bends. Bridges generally need support from below. So you need something thats strong under compression. IE concrete. However concrete can fail if it gets a tension - so pre-tensioned steel rods are cast into it to take any such tension (stretching or bending) forces.
