Q:Me and my husband recently moved into a new apartment. My parents gave us a pull-out couch that had been in there house previously. The couch was being used for years as a place for the cat to sleep. There is hair ALL OVER. We have been trying to Vacuum the couch and use some sticky rollers on it but there is still alot of hair on it. Are there any easy ways to get the hair out?

use 'hot' pvc glue hot cement is not actually fire hot, but it reacts with the pipe and melts the pipe together so although it won't be water proof it should stay together if you glue and hold em together long enough for it to dry. Why not just get the right fittings so they secure properly? They have fittings for anything you want to do.

If you're desperate enough to just close the pipe and fix it later you can cap the pipe. You can get a cap at any home improvement store. You'll have to solder it on, which means you will also need a torch and some solder. You can cut the pipe off flush, cap it and solder it.

There could be a number of things wrong here.The Valve it self could be leaking.One of the PVC pipe fittings could be leaking.Or there is a broken pipe. To shut the water off at the Valve.This can only be done if the Valve has a flow control.If it has a flow control handle,you will see a handle on the top of the Valve. look up the plumbing pipe sizes for china and compare them to us sizes.i tried to find it for you but no luck ,but from what i did see i think it will work if its different then i'm sure there is something to convert it to us sizes.but it looks the same from what i've seen
