Q:How much is 18k steel and gold worth?
If you use a Gold Calculator you can find out how much it is worth.
Q:Brass or steel cases through an AR-15?
When I first got my ar i used 500rds of wolf steel but since i heard its bad I only use brass but I did shot 30rds of steel then 30rd brass one time at the range and I have not had any problems with it. I have put 700rds though it 500 steel.
Q:Aluminum vs Steel motorcycle gas tank?
Aluminum Motorcycle Gas Tank
Q:steel shafted fairway woods...?
i take advantage of a three timber off the tee while a motive force could bypass in the process the fairway on a dogleg, or while the fairway gets narrower the further you hit it. Use it to get as close to to a par 5 in 2 as i will, or perhaps even attain a par 5 in 2. Use it to make up floor in case you permit out a rigidity, every time the photos demands me to hit it between 220 and 235 it quite is approximately how some distance I hit my 3 timber. I additionally carry a 5 timber which I hit approximately 2 hundred to 215 and extremely severe so it lands comfortable. i do no longer carry any hybrids regardless of the undeniable fact that as I nevertheless like to hit long irons.
Q:Does steel make its own static electricity?
no it is not, he made that up steel is a conductor and can't build static electricity. Compass needle is a magnet and as such was attracted to steel .
Q:should i get steel shafted irons?
As long as the clubs you have now fit you, you should stick with those. You are going to be growing alot in the next few years, so once your current clubs are too small, then by all means feel free to go to steel shafts.
Q:Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel? ?
If your talking about a folding pocket knife, I think that it's basically six one way and a half dozen the other. I actually do prefer stainless for my pocket knives. I don't want to oil a knife to the degree I feel carbon requires, only to then stick it my pocket to attract dirt to the knife and oil to my pants. I'm the exact opposite on sheath knives though. I like 1095 carbon steel, plain edge sheath knives. I'll thrash on them HARD, and I rarely have major edge problems. Of course, I require them to be coated with some kind of powder coat or the like, because they can rust, but I do try and keep them clean and dry when in the sheath, so they won't pit the uncoated edge. My reasons for this sheath knife preference is multi-fold. First, these knives are simply affordable. I don't spend $80 dollars on a outdoors sheath knife. I use the tool too hard to want to spend more. I don't like the more traditional stainless steels such as AUS-8, 420HC, and 440C (not to mention the HORRENDOUS 440A) because I feel that the all else being equal, a stainless blade will bend before a carbon blade will break. I also think that carbon holds an edge at least as well, if not better, than traditional stainless, and it's much easier to hone. I don't know much about these new laminates, other than the very hard, but not so tough. They seem to be POSSIBLY too brittle for my use. That, combined with the fact that they cost a FORTUNE, means that I just won't be considering them.
Q:Is a steel plate the same as a steel coil?
You must have an open book and a flat plate, and it is a little bit harder to cut the parts than the plate.
Q:drilling through stainless steel shelving.?
Just put drops of water at the spot of drilling to keep your drill bit cool. The reason your drill bit gets dull is because it gets hot and melts. You may need to re sharpen your drill bit or purchase a new one.
Q:Why can't you use steel wool with polyurethane?
it can turn dark! use 400 to 600grit wetdry sandpaper watch your edges!!!
