Yep necessary and proper clause- article I section 8. It gives congress the ability to have powers over more areas than were mentioned in the constitution explicitly, things the writers of the constitution could have never anticipated. It gives congress a more expanded power. This clause has already been found to give congress the power to regulate banking, establish post offices and raise military forces.

1. kva is NOT equal to kw. 2. transformers are rated in amps, per phase 3. If it is an existing building use a clamp ammeter to measure the load. Repeat this during the day. The highest load is usually around 11am in summer hot days. 4. if it is not an existing building, check the CURRENT draw of all appliances, fluorescent lights and so, and add up. Buildings have lousy power factors from fluorescent lighting and electronic equipment (computers and such) which would make kva twice as high as kw. . .

200 watts 120 volts x ? amps The current is 1.7 amps. ? amphours 1.7 x 120 The amphour capacity if the battery needs to be at least 200. That would only be true if the inverter was 100% efficient. They all produce heat and consume some energy. I'll speculate an 80% efficiency, requiring a 25% adjustment to 250 amphours. Unless you've an impressive array, you are likely asking too much of the solar panels.

God gives people the talents and abilities to create things like blood cord banking. Yes, I believe you should trust in God to protet your child but God also gave you a brain to use, the capability to make decisions, and he gave someone else the ability to create technology that doesn't leave you waiting for a miracle to help cure/heal your child. Once he has the power of attorney he can have the bank require either his or BOTH his and hers on the checks. That way she can't sign alone. The simpler solution is to not leave any blank checks and instruct the bank not to issue new ones without his approval.

Solar dishes are not used to drive photovoltaic cells. You collect the solar radiation direct on the photocells. And usually feed that power to a battery bank for storage until needed. Solar dishes concentrate the solar energy to be used either to warm water ( for heating ) or to boil water, for electricity production, which again is usually stored in battery banks. For large scale ( 40,000 homes is large ) it might make sense to store the energy as GPE in a high level lake ( called pumped storage ) or as molten salt and you would then need a grid to distribute the energy to those who need it. Note that the grid itself does not store any energy, so the choice you are given , grid , or battery bank, doesn't make sense. They do not do the same job.

Most current banks have solid roots, or est. 1890, that have been around for a looong time and have gained social and economical stature over a long period of time. Even Chase is a subsidiary of JPMorgan which was established in 1851. Unless you have old money investors along with a major Wall Street financier, let the dream die. * You need to have liquid assets valued in the billions to even be considered a legit applicant. A long side your financial obstacles, you need a lot of political connections; maybe you know a congressman; a major lobbyist; even a supreme court judge might get you consideration. In this day and age, with all the power horse banks of the world as your competition, you have about a %.00000000001 chance of success. Though that 1 at the end is what is considered your motivation/destiny.
